perfectly correct and polite question. thanks for posting here. i have a dozen of those. i concluded it was just some rat who impulsively decided to zap you. it also demonstrates you get no review or justice from yahoo q&a administrator. some malcontent can just go around zapping others. that is why sociopaths knock down mail boxes or carry out drive by shootings. just a rat and we have NO recourse. not fair is it. that will someday be the reason i resign from this site and never return. just a drive by shooting is the way i see it. they never get caught and you never get you 5 points restored. bad, bad programming and zero oversight.

I don't know, some of mine have been removed too , but answering your question that was removed; I think people become obsessed with themselves because they want to be perfect or feel inadequate. maybe people just strive to be great. who knows

Obviously my dad is an admin--
and doesn't want to accept that he is obsessed, and would rather falsely justify his irrational behavior than realize anything he has done could be wrong.

i got flagged and points taken away just for answering a question about canadian movies. i said 'right on! good day, eh!' and some idiot flagged it saying it wasn't an answer. people can report you for ANYTHING, and they'll (yahoo!) believe them without letting you defend yourself. people are dumb.
