I do not want my daughter to be christened as her father and i are not religious, and would rather she made her own choices about religion. A freind told me that if she isnt christened, when she dies she cannot have a headstone at her grave, surely this cant be right? considering you have to buy them.

There are quite a few JWs near to where I live.None of them integrate with non JWs and the one I see every morning and evening does his best not to catch my eye.
His wife used to be friendly with my wife and then suddenly stopped. We are certain he is behind this decision and we are aware that JWs clearly recognise the man as master of the house.
We have offered assistance with various issues on numerous occasions and have always been politely refused.Yet then we see them struggling.
Are some of the men insecure and find comfort in the private and comfortable bosom of the JW world?
I get the most truthful answers from former JWs.
Existing JWs tend to repeat stock answers without depth.

No disrespect intended.
Truth sought.

Their buildings are more secretive than masons... no windows and no outsiders allowed. The one down the road even has what appears to be a pillbox with a sentry gun in it.

I don't know about them... seems like something's up. What's the inside scoop on them?

Why did it supposedly take god 6 days to create the earth?
If he was almighty couldn't he have created in in one day, minute, or second, or even millisecond?
Does god like to watch us suffer, if not then why hasn't he saved humanity and destroyed Satan?
Why is it that the Christians criticize and even torture others for having different beliefs?
Why is it that so many "Christians" call them selves Christians if they constantly break the commandments?
Why is it so easy for Christians to get rid of their sins?
Why does the bible contradict itself so much?
Why do we even have religions?

Yeah I'm feeling insecure because someone asked a question about living forever and I said I would want to but I know I'd get bored and she picked me as best answer and said that I was so right that the only way we should want to live forever is through the love of our lord. That's not really what I meant when I said I'd be bored living forever. And then I asked a question about whether christians really believed people were here as a test from god and why they would be ok with that and all the christians answered like I was their new best friend and an atheist said I was obviously not an atheist. WHY!?!?!?!?!?

Since Darwinism and other evolutionists have come up with these evolution theories, why do you athiests cling to this so much? I don't get it. Theories are merely theories, not FACTS right? Help me understand.

Please please no insults. When I ask questions to athiests, I seem to get a few insulting ones, I am just asking...don't try to determine the weight size of my brain or my spirituality by the honest questions that I ask. Thanks

It probably sounds strange, but if you're feeling down or don't have energy, if you stand in the wind you can feel the energy going through you.

Sand is a big thing that re-energises me, i can step foot onto the sand at a beach and instantly feel better.

Does anyone else do anything like this, or have anything that gives them energy, makes them feel better?

Gays are free to marry -- so long as they marry someone of the opposite sex. That is, they can marry someone they don't love. But they are not free to marry someone they do love. How is that fair?

He did. Heres proof:

"During the pre-lslamic period of ignorance I saw a SHE-MONKEY surrounded by a number of monkeys. They were all STONING it, because it had committed ILLEGAL (according to monkey laws) sexual intercourse. I too, stoned it along with them. " http://www.islamicity.com/mosque/sunnah/bukhari/058.sbt.html#005.058.188

Islam was revealed by Prophet Muhammad (sbuh), and thus, the Bukari could not have been known but through Muhammad (sbuh).

As you can see, monkeys had Sharia Law before humans did, and thus, as Sharia Law evolved from Monkeys, so to did humans.

Clearly these Islamic monkeys were highly evolved, because monkeys of today do not stone other monkeys or have any laws whereby another monkey can be accused of doing something "ilegal". So clearly Muhammad was talking about advanced monkeys, or homids. Maybe these were Lucy like creatures.

However evolutionists have the time line wrong, as homosapiens must have existed with hominds as this verse shows.

This is an answer that I just received.

"Life changing research? So to you the convenience of the living justifies the death of the unborn?"

So tell me, were these "unborn" actually going to ever be born anyway?

Why does everyone allow themselves to fall into the trap of the Devils trespass? Why live a life of corrupting things; when you can live your life for God, so that in heaven your treasures may be forever?
