When she had sex with David, her husband was alive. Under Jewish law, an adulterer and adultress were to be stoned. Why was she not stoned? (Did not the people see the evidence of her sexual encounter)?

that depends on their state of mind when they die -- if they die without knowing Jesus, then, yes they will, but so will ANYONE who dies without Jesus -- Plus. anyone who does go to Hell will stay there forever -- there is no way out, and it isn't going to be as much fun as all those who say "all my friends will be there" think it is.

That depends on their relationship with Jesus Christ. If they have accepted God's free gift of salvation, then no, they are going to be in heaven.
