I live in a city on the northern part of the Bible Belt, southern Indiana/right across from Kentucky.

There's a lot of witnessing here--a man passes out mini versions of the New Testament at the university I went to every semester. It's a state school. It's also basically assumed that everyone is a Christian. A church on every other corner, a bar on the ones in between!

I don't live in what's considered the bible belt anymore, but I lived down the street from Pat Robertson's Regent University for 20 years. Yep, got witnessed to a LOT.

I was an atheist not in the Bible Belt but in a small town with the same mentality. I was threatened and cajoled, and made to attend an assembly with prayer in a public school.

whew thats a relief - there is no Bible belt in Ontario.

I've been in Ontario for 6 years now and have had only 1 encounter with mormons. Fortunately it was on a bus, and they got off the bus before my stop. Oh and I follow Deism.

Yes, I am agnostic deist. I do not see too many street corner evangelicals, thank God.

There is one guy that stands outside the Alamo daily. Most people ignore him.

Atheist and I am in Texas. Austin though, so it's pretty liberal in comparison to other parts of the state.
