As a conservative Christian, I am against banning literature, film and music. I feel that everyone has the right to decide for themselves what is acceptable to them and what isn't. I would fight for your right to create something I am against. That doesn't mean that I think you SHOULD make it, but that you have the right to. I also think parents have the right and responsibility to shield their children from harmful literature, film, and music until the child is old enough and mature enough to handle the decision on their own.

You can not change a heart by denying or banning the existence of satan's works. As a Christian I choose to ban anything that does not honor God from my home. What is currently out in the world serves as a history to the decline of humanity away from the righteous path of Our Father. I feel that understanding this decline may be the only way to help people find their way back to living a Christ inspired life.

If man is given the free will to make the garbage that Hollywood is churning out these day's, then man should have the free will to indulge or not. Its hard for me to say that because I believe that the foul mess that is broadcast on TV, in music, and in movies is totally recking the mindsets of young people so much so that by the time they become adults they are 100 times worse than they would have been if they had never seen or heard that crap. However, people have made their choices in life so what happens in the end will totally because of those choices. I'm glad to say that my choice for Christ Jesus will not lead me to a terrible eternal existence.

You cannot have a standard that is reasonable. I wish society would teach cause and effect on stuff.
What I want for Christmas is to be able to ban certain tv stations from showing up on my cable tv box.
I support banning anything that is treason. The NY Times qualifies, and so do most liberals.

I think there needs to be an obvious common sense level to keep overly graphic things from children.
But for the most part - especially for us adults - we just have to be smart and make choices about what we will watch or read, or allow in our homes. Even though I am an autonomous adult now, I still personally choose to not be a consumer of what I consider obscene or of bad taste.

I'm not for banning anything. People have the freedom to listen to,read and watch what they want to. It's what makes this country great, the freedom. But, as a born again Christian, I'm careful about what I watch, read or listen to.

I agree with the fact that some things should not be produced and shared. America exports all kinds of lies and trash to other countries. This material has a very destructive influence on society whether at home or abroad. It is a responsible society which suppresses destructive influences from exerting their potential on the world around them. Some things belong in the trash.

i think of it rather is ridiculous. Nowhere does it say those issues are no longer allowed. They even had music back then and Muhammad (PBUH) mentioned to pass away those enjoying it on my own for it replaced into an eid (holiday). Then there are the extremists who say that because of the fact Muhammad (PBUH) grew to become his head to the different side while he left his homestead and his back replaced into to the music, that could desire to propose it rather is incorrect. those are people who do no longer think of. of direction once you go away your homestead you will go searching. you're unlikely to stare at once forward. The Quran says it rather is undesirable purely while it keeps you from winding up the 5 every day prayers and pleasant your generic jobs. in any different case it rather is advantageous. Literature? coaching is mandatory upon each and every muslim interior Islam. adult adult males and girls. there is even islamic poetry in case you love to do a seek for it. many of the individuals at that factor wrote those issues and the only time it replaced into considered as undesirable replaced into if it contained hatred or the worship of idols. music? have you ever heard a recording of the Quran? it rather is sung. Very superbly, very soothingly. do exactly a seek and you will see. it rather is not forbidden. action picture is form of on the sting there, when you consider which you are able to desire to be careful. of direction, we've rankings now so it rather is advantageous for the main area, yet what you notice merely on television is sufficient to prohibit your toddlers from observing. What parent needs their toddlers seeing childrens making out and girls giving in to appearing like products of meat (video clips of adult adult males going after many women folk and bragging approximately it). Who in the international informed you it replaced into banned? if that is so, algebra would possibly not at all have been invented. Oh, yeah, and the best image of DNA is in between the islamic drawings from long back. we are inspired to try for coaching in all good issues. The very issues you're saying are banned are significant to society and cultures.

Yes, I am. I believe that certain literature should not be available to children and that we need to ban certain things from our regular public radio and television stations. If people want these things they should have to have it so that children can't get a hold of it. Also, would they be watching or reading, or listening to it if Jesus was visiting them?

we shouldn't have t ban things. the stuff should be ignored enought that it goes away. Ex: porn, excessively violent/devil worship stuff. If the stuff is anywhere near kids it should immediately be taken out to protect the child. a child at age 7 should not know what or how to have sex/smoke/etc.
