I was thinking of purchasing a farm. With the intention of using it as a school holiday program for pagan kids and anyone who wants to come. Teaching them respect for animals, the earth, each other no matter the religion, and with the hopes to help wayward kids. Perhaps organising visits to nursing homes to chat with the lonely.

Do you think this is a good idea?

This is what Im on earth to do. I also think pagans need to come out of the broom closet and start doing some good things so that people recognise we aren't about bad things.

As christians may believe that God created everything and the universal, but I wonder what/who has created God? And did whatever created God also created something else or another God?

Insects with four feet?
"Yet these may ye eat of every flying creeping thing that goeth upon all four, which have legs above their feet, to leap withal upon the earth; Even these of them ye may eat; the locust after his kind, and the bald locust after his kind, and the beetle after his kind, and the grasshopper after his kind. But all other flying creeping things, which have four feet, shall be an abomination unto you."
Leviticus 11:21-23
Just for the record, insects have six feet and arachnids have eight. You'd think the ancient Israelites might have picked up on this little detail, what with eating locusts and beetles and all.

Bats identified as "birds"?
"And these are they which ye shall have in abomination among the fowls; they shall not be eaten, they are an abomination: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray, and the vulture, and the kite after his kind; Every raven after his kind; and the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind, and the little owl, and the cormorant, and the great owl, and the swan, and the pelican, and the gier eagle, and the stork, the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat."
Leviticus 11:13-19
An almost identical passage occurs in Deuteronomy 14:11-18. The bat is of course a flying mammal, not a bird.

Rabbits claimed to chew their cud?

"And the hare, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he is unclean unto you."
Leviticus 11:6
To chew the cud means to eat grasses, swallow, then regurgitate later for further chewing. Rabbits simply do not do this. However, rabbits do eat their own poo, in order to absorb certain nutrients that passed through unabsorbed the first time. This is similar to human urine drinking.

I heard "Halo, Hello" from Jesus and wind chimes outside just now-very beautiful, God bless you and have a nice weekend.

Isaiah 52:13-53:12 "He will be exalted. He will first be marred more than any man, and lay down his life to make atonement for our sins. He was bruised for our iniquites, and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray and the Lord hath made to light on Him the iniquity of us all."

You dont have to hear heavenly singing-to know Jesus loves you or to be born again (John 3 repent and be born again. Messiah Jesus says)

have you let the Messiah Jesus into your heart-Revelation 1:1 spoken from heaven 3:19&20 "I love you, and knock on your heart door to come in and be your friend, and help you if you repent, asking me to forgive your sins, and help you." sup means very close friendship eat together enjoy life

well have you prayed and asked Jesus in your heart? If so have you ever heard heavenly singing? even in church once boringIs2me

Marek Halter, the author of the Canaan Trilogy makes that claim during the Q&A section of his book "Sarah". He says that fact came from the Bible. However, I've never come across that in my reading. I use a NKJV and NIV Bible. Is it something that I overlooked or is it in another version of the Bible?

FrontPage Magazine: You make the shrewd observation of how political correctness engenders evil because of “the violence that it does to people’s souls by forcing them to say or imply what they do not believe, but must not question.” Can you talk about this a bit?

Theodore Dalrymple: Political correctness is communist propaganda writ small. In my study of communist societies, I came to the conclusion that the purpose of communist propaganda was not to persuade or convince, nor to inform, but to humiliate; and therefore, the less it corresponded to reality the better. When people are forced to remain silent when they are being told the most obvious lies, or even worse when they are forced to repeat the lies themselves, they lose once and for all their sense of probity. To assent to obvious lies is to co-operate with evil, and in some small way to become evil oneself. One’s standing to resist anything is thus eroded, and even destroyed. A society of emasculated liars is easy to control. I think if you examine political correctness, it has the same effect and is intended to.

According to the Bible, God will create a new Heaven and Earth. But if God is the God of Love, then why would he put us through the last few thousand years? I know that many Christians will respond by saying to test our worthiness of salvation. But he refers to us as sons and daughters, I would never put my children through such pain, suffering, guilt and judgement. Why set us up in the first place, when he would know the outcome?

Christians say that the Old Testament Laws are no longer required to be followed. I've even heard some Christains say that God changed from harsh and punishing in the Old Testament, to loving and forgiving in the New Testament.

It seems to me that an eternal God would be constant, not affected by the actions of the creation. To those who believe that God changed, what caused this change? Or if you prefer, why did God change?

There seems to be a major misconception amongst Christians that Atheists are people that have no belief in anything. Does it make them feel superior in some way to delude themselves that only Christians can be spiritual?
