Its easier for people to believe, mentally challenged or not, the things they are taught and told.
If you were told your entire life that an apple is an orange, you are going to believe it. You would think the first few people to tell you different were wrong... or crazy. :)

I have an IQ of 131 which doesn't exactly make me mentally challenged & I believe in God & Jesus Christ.

I respect your right to disbelieve. Why don't you show respect to people who do?

That is a ridiculous question, and i am Muslim so dont think i am bias. Why do mentally challenged people find you so easy to understand?

I am a Muslim myself … And Muslims believe in all religions and this is part of their main beliefs … but I really don’t agree with the question, we should respect all other religions and people thinking

i wouldn't call christians "mentally challenged"...i mean you cant really blame someone for believing in specific religions. if your born in america MOST LIKELY your going to be chrisitian, if your born in europe most likely youll be catholic, if your born in asia most likely youll be buddhist, etc etc. and most western religions are more "aggressive" religions since they believe in the "if your not with us your against us" theory. and many chrisitian families love to indoctrinate their children with bible stories such as noahs ark and take it literally; even though REALISTICALLY none of the bible stories make any sense real sense[thats why their "miracles"]

Smart people rationalize which is both good and bad. Like we might say well yeah what I did was wrong but so and so wronged me first. Or blame our parents and always find a way to appear guiltless in our own eyes.

I find its that they grow up more slowly or not at all, they find it hard to learn about the world so they know the one thing that is real and wonderfull
