Looking for a church or place to get baptised that does large groups of people at a time like in a pool or lake or something. I've seen it done in other cities like this, just havent found any in Houston.

Are you looking to get baptised yourself, or is this for some sort of photo project or something?
Personally I'd start with Lakewood Church, it's the largest church in America, perhaps the world, and is here in Houston.
Failing that I'd try Second Baptitst, and Fellowship of the Woodlands.
