if you had a spouse and childern at the time, how did they react to the changes in you?

concede that other people have "God(s)" too. Yet Christians monopolize the word "God" as if everybody understand the word as they do.

Perhaps the word "God" is too generic. Would you Christians do better communication wise if you specify Jehovah?

3. They purposely lied about WMD's in Iraq

6. They invaded Iraq for ulterior motives
7. They condone torture, and Congress has just voted to allow them to do it
8. They are for allowing Illegal Aliens into the country (to erode, Bankrupt the middle class?)

Since there are so many evolutionists in the religion and spirituality section, I thought I'd pose this question. It seems there should be a lot more fossil evidence of in between forms leading from ground walking animal to an animal that can fly. How did this evolve? THis is an honest question, no flamers plz.

It seems that someone of his prominence in Egypt should have had a memorial. It's possible he lived in the Hyksos period and his memorials were destroyed. Knowing his character, it's also possible he forbade any memorials to him. But does anyone know of any physical evidence?

Religion is spoofed , why still there are millions of idiots who still follow traditional beliefs? Why they worship a wooden cross , empty building with pictures of assume to be god painted , or holly god's simbols created by artists. Some pray 5times looking at one side. Does this stupid activities attract GOD ? Why people are so dumb to follow uneducated priests who just mummble with old script writtings?

Contrary to most of the Christians in this forum who bash atheists. In my personal opinion an atheist should be praised because he denies believing in things "blindly". This doesn't imply that atheists _have_ to see God in order to be able to believe in Him. An atheist has a much more logical approach and an open heart, he/she is quite open to all the suggestions and atleast considers them. Moreover, they gain knowledge to defend themselves whereas a chrisitian or a muslim would be happy with less knowledge and just stick to their beliefs without trying to verify things by delving into the details.

I myself am a Muslim and I have a recommendation for atheists, considering that they are able to defend themselves with logical arguments.

I present to you Dr. Jeffrey Lang, a PhD in Mathematics, teaching at the University of Kansas, USA. A born christian, he became an atheist because of lots of doubts and then after some research turned muslim. Please read his book titled Even Angels Ask.

What is a dream walker? Is it a entity that feeds off you or encourages you. For the last 4 months alot of wonderful doors have opened for me, and also alot of internal revelations. I have been writing a book about such but on mass level. I wake up everyday and find myself talking to something that i know is there but I cant see it. Lately in my dreams I feel like I am slipping away, and I become frightened by it and wake myself up. Im tired and drained all the time. I work 7 days a week, and the only time my mind stops is when I am doing massage. I go into the void but echo out the thoughts of who I am massaging. Someone said they thought I had a dreamwalker with me, is it that or is it another force guiding me?

Is believing in different gods rather then the One True God a violation of the first commadment? If so how come mormons believe there is more then One God there deffence for this is that they only worship one God but isn't the commadment you shall have no gods before me?

some muslims think they will recieve heaven for killing those that dont agree with them and get lots of wives-for a ticket to heaven-
