Dear Jack D.,
I do not believe there are any "real" atheists. Every person knows that there is a God, but there are some individuals who will not admit to the fact. They refuse to admit the existence of God because they know that if they acknowledge God then they are accountable. Rebellion keeps them from acknowledging God's existence because they rationalize their denial makes them more "free." However, in fact, they are in great bondage to satan and the desires of their mind and body, The unregenerate have no liberty whatsoever.

You think we're arrogant? We're not the ones saying that deep down everyone agrees with us. Nothing I've ever heard from an atheist compares with the arrogance of your belief that no one honestly disagrees with your religion.
By the way, I've looked at your other questions and you spend a lot of time talking about atheists. By your logic, do you not secretly believe God doesn't exist?

Hmmm... Well, I exist. And, deep down I don't believe in any god.
Please remember to keep me out of your knee bowing and tongue confession sessions.
I prefer to use logic, not fantasy.

I've been known to spend hours discussing the mythology contained with in the roleplaying game, Werewolf: The Apocalypse with friends.
So I must really know that werewolves are true too, and Gaia, the Wyld, Weaver, and Wyrm must be true too!
WHOA! So, how do I get ahold of the Rite of the Skindancers? I'd gladly accept being wyrm tainted if I could procure the required five werewolf pelts so I could become a werewolf myself. Of course, I'd find five werewolves who were about to die anyways (old age, ritual death, etc) and ask their permission, and thereby hopefully avoid the taint... but... still. There's always the rite of cleansing.

What could be more arrogant and self centred than believing that there is an omnipotent force in the universe that is looking after you in preference to other people?

Heh, that's not entirely true. I in fact don't deep down believe in anything, nor do i bring up " him " if i don't have to. That's more of an opinion to think there are no Atheist. Maybe there is no religion.

I bow for no one. This is the latest christian defense making it's rounds (some other oldies-but-goodies "You atheists must be so unhappy!" "Why do they spend so much time here if they don't believe?!" "If we come from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?" and so on). When this tripe gets flayed by the reasonable, then it will be on to something else.

I could say a similar thing about you, that deep down you know that your religion is a load of hogwash and that is why you are constantly threatened by non-believers and on the attack like this.

Actually I believe god wants people to reason and intelligently discuss his existence. Why else is he such a hidden god?
