GOD Laws are made of three Books: The Old Testament, The new Testament and Quran as a conclusion all originated from the middle east. How can you understand GOD LAWS with out reading GOD Conclusion?
Read what the True God said about te issue:"Say: we believe in God and in what has been revealed to us, and what was revealed to Abraham, Isma'il: Isaac, Jacob and The Tribes, and in (the Books) given to Moses, Jesus and the Prophets, from their Lord: We make no distinction between one and another, among them, and to God do we bow our will (in Islam)." (Qur'an, Al-Imran 3:84)
What is wrong with God saying

I cruise this section a lot and constantly see one side badgering the other side about proof of God or proof of evolution or proof that the Flying Spaghetti Monsters smiles upon Italian meatballs but not Swedish meatballs. The truth is, no one can really prove any of that crap. However, that doesn't mean we should stop talking about it.

So what I'm looking for is a replacement for 'proof', Something with an appeal to logic but doesn't imply guaranteed correctness. So far, the best I have is 'justification,' but I can see how that would easily lead to problematic interpretations. Got anything better?

i am pagan so is all my family and have been for many generations, and yet when i answer my front door to those who feel they need to go out and talk others round to their way of thinking (saying this politely), i find i come under attack when i say i am pagan, if these people are meant to be about peace and spirituality then surely it does not matter what you have faith in just so long as you are trying to be a good person who harms no-one intentually.

Maybe the Catholic church doesn't invite to the reading of the Revelation in order to put its adherents against the wish of the Lord Jesus Christ?
Revelation 1:3 “Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.”

Like at least 2 complaints, or maybe 3 before we get trashed.
We get too many cry-baby complaints.

thoughout all of human history people have had faith in things that can never be proven, such as religion, ghosts, witches (and they did! remember the witch burnings!) religion is still believed in today and so are ghosts and witches were not that long ago. so with all the moden science we have why does the human race still want to believe in the unexplainable?

Reading some of these answers that people write make me laugh. I was an ordained Lutheren priest. I have read three versions of the bible. I lead a good life. But here comes the rub and here is where I will hear it from what one answerer wrote as the GOD squad. I no longer preach. I no longer take communion. I no longer go to church or believe in the Church. I believe the bible is a guide to teach each and every one of us our own spirituality, not something to take literally. But I do still have my faith in something that is more powerfull than me whether it is a being called God or whatever it may be. So you tell me?

I wanted to say that I am sorry for not taking more care in how I phrased my questions or my comments.

It doesn't matter how sincerely frustrated or confused or even right I think I might be, (or might have been)... I should have been more sensitive toward you while I was inquiring. I hope you will forgive me.

I suppose I should get some sleep now. So, good night / morning, where ever you might be. ~el

I have a hard time understanding why so many professed Christians and people of other races have so much hate towards one religion. I live amoungst millions of Muslims and they do not harm me, in fact one of my friends who is Muslim said that on 9/11 she and her family PRAYED for the US's capture of the horrible Terrorists. There are radical people everywhere, i'm just trying to understand the logic behind some of this Islam bashing.

A confused nine-year-old boy goes up to his mother and asks, "Is God male or
female?"
After thinking for a moment, his mother responds,” Well God is both male and
female."

This confuses the little boy, so he asks, "Is God black or white?"

"Well, God is both black and white."

This further confuses the boy so he asks, "Is God gay or straight?"

At this the mother is getting concerned, but answers nonetheless,

"Honey, God is both gay and straight."

At this the boy's face lights up with understanding and he triumphantly
asks...

"Is God Michael Jackson?"
