i mean the only book that came to be the miracle of god, with god's actual words that people still cannot understand from is the 'holy qu'ran'. it all just fits in to me. what do you think

the holy quran was delivered by the angel jibril to muhammad (SAW) in mount Hira, it is the word of God. The Bible was written by man continually changed, and is still being changed! Some parts of the Bible are from an unknown source e.g. source quelle in the Gospels. therefore we do not even know where it has come from and if the early church made stuff up. in response to 'jean'- one of the answeres Muslims don't have chrches we have Masjids or commonly known in the west as a mosque. Islam is the only true religion left in the world.

Yes, the Bible is holy. Yes, it was written by man. However, it was written by MANY (sixty-six)different men, over several continents, in three different languages, over 1500 years, and yet the same theme is followed throughout.
The Qu'ran was written by ONE man. So of course it all ties in together.
The Qu'ran is a GOOD book, it's interesting and well-written. But as I'm reading it, I don't feel that it's holy. Perhaps it's because I'm not Muslim. However, even when I wasn't Christian, I felt that the Bible was holy...or at least, I was never tempted to wipe my butt with it. I wouldn't even tear pages from it for anything. I used to joke about it, but that's it.
Why else would you think the Bible isn't holy? And the Qu'ran is?

My question is -- How can the Bible be a "holy" book when it was written and translated by humans? If the book had fallen out of the heavens, then I would have no doubt that it was holy. It's like the childhood game where you tell a story to the next person and, by the time it gets back to you from around the circle, it's a totally different tale. How it got that way is because different people added their own versions therefore, changing it from its original story.

You got it wrong mate, hope you aren't confused with the different versions of the Holy Bible when you say man made because the bible isn't man made but was written by men inspired by the holy spirit and instructed by God. Come to think about it, all it's prophecies since it was written have come to pass and others are yet. if you don't ask God for guidance when you are gonna read the Holy Bible then you won't understand it and that's where misunderstandings of it's significance stem.
Don't forget that it's the world's best selling book of all ages.

I think you must go and study your religion more. Islam was created by catholosism in about 700 AD, to get rid of all the christians in the middel east. This is a fact. You will also almost everywhere find a catholic church next to a muslim church, why is that?
