Why are you called believers and not knowers?

I've been trying to seek God for a long time, I'm to trying, but to little avail.

Why are you so fervent about believing (whichever God you believe in) & if it's so true, how come God hasn't appeared in my face to tell me he's there or the rest of the non-believers for that matter.

If the Bible is SOOOO real, why doesn't it mention anything that we actually have proof of.We actually find fossils and other ancient artifacts that are never mentioned in the Bible. But when researchers try to find things that are mentioned like the Arc Of The Covenent or even the final resting place of Jesus or anything else for that matter, they can't. How is it, that the world is still following something that we have no REAL PROOF OF?.

The church I attend is having a revival with Dr. Nassir Saddiki as the guest speaker. His view of the Bible is you must pay offerings, or a down payment in order for God to answer your prayer. I do not beleive this. I beleive God answers our prayers because He loves us. Give me you veiw of this.

Women who wear head scarf, let alone "full-Saudi" robes and face veils, are doing it to tell western women "we muslims believe you are whores because you are not veiled." And muslim women must raise your sons to believe that their sexual urges are uncontrollable so all unveiled whores are fair game because the Quran says so.
