My family and I are going through a crisis right now. My husband is almost certian that he is going to lose his job, due to some problems with where he works and I have not worked since I was pregnant and our baby is 10 months old now. So money is pretty scarce right now and it just feels like we are sinking in quick sand. My husband and I argue all the time because of the stress and it stresses my five year old out. We are doing the best we can. I would just really appreciate it if you would pray. Thank you so much.

I read in the Guinness Book of Records how some girl had a liver transplant without any blood transfusion taking place as, being a Jehova's Witness it is 'against her religion to receive someone else's blood'! But its ok for her to receive someone else's LIVER???? If anyone understands this please explain it to me!

Seems there was a meeting of the bishops and maybe also the Pope of the time [I think during the middle ages] in Contantinople, to remove all references to reincarnation from the Bible. I'd like to know dates, places and people concerned in this 'editing' process.
May have been part of the process of power grabbing by the church of Rome against the Eastern church based in Contantinople / Istanbul.
If you can answer, please supply references to prove accuracy of reported facts.
Thank you.

I am trying to understand exactly what is a Jew for Jesus. If it's a person of Jewish faith who believes that Christ died for their sins and was the son of God, then isn't that the definition of a Christian? Please let me know if I'm wrong in my understand of what a Jew of Jesus believes, or what exactly is the distinction between the two.

its all good -yet does your faith go to the God of Judaism-if not you got it wrong! as a Jew God forsook us before we lost our temple and blood sacrifice for sins-we had no way to be cleansed and get to heaven---

then i found our our Messiah came and died to forgive us and offered to be our best friend--Revelation 1:1 &3vs19&20 spoken from heaven "Behold I love you, and i knock on your heart door to come in, deliver from sin, and become your friend."

I prayed and asked that and it worked for me-messiah now i know as a friend personally.

Isaiah predicted he would die for our sins, before he would be exaulted as Messiah, and He would see his seed and prosper. Isaiah 52vs13-53vs12

John 3 explains to the Rabbi how to be born again-Jesus said "Except you repent and be born again, you cannot see the kingdom of heaven."

hell is no joke Daniel said its abhorance forever in torment

where do you get your belief roots from? have a great day :D in his amazing grace-thanks:D

Moses said "The life of the flesh is in the blood, and I've given it to make atonement for your sins." (on the altar-at that time)

Isaiah explained it- "He will be exaulted but first marred more than any man. He will be despised and rejected and lay down his life to make atonement for our sins."

do you have the blood atonement? or did Moses and Isaiah lie?

Here's mine.

The Institution of Church:
The idea that you have to go to a physical building is just rediculous. If you have faith and believe and live your life well, what should it matter if you do it in a building or at home with the love of God in your hart? Don't get me started with priests who are guiding my life and molesting childeren.

The Bible:
I am a very spiritial person. At one point of my life, I was going to go to theology school and become a Lutheran Priest. Circumstances have arose that caused me to lose faith in the Church but not my faith in my God. I have also read three versions of the bible, cover to cover. In so reading, have found different interperations in each versions. Now the question is, why do people take the word of the bible, will even quote phrases of it to me in circumstances, so literally? The Bible was ment to be a guide and a way to discover your own spiritallity. It is not ment to betaken at face value.

What is yours?

I proposed a girl as I felt tilted towards her but as she wanted to remain unmarried she denied and I married another girl of my parents choice. I have 2 kids now, if I want to talk to that girl or want to know about that girl's well being and share light talk with her without telling my wife as my wife may not understand me will I be wrong. Is it wrong that after so many years my feelings could not die out completely. Though I am a family man and will take care of my family always yet if I feel light by simply talking to that girl on general topics like acquitance is wrong or right.

Let me prephase my question by saying that I am a very spiritial person. At one point of my life, I was going to go to theology school and become a Lutheran Priest. Holly cow people, HOW MANY TIMES HAS THE BIBLE BEEN TRANSLATED THROUGHOUT HISTORY???? What was lost in translation (pardon the movie pun)? How do we know that what we read today is even what was intended for us to read?

When I saw muslim women wearing a burka that even hides their face at the mall, I decided to walk around the mall wearing just my shorts, tshirt and a ski mask to hide my burned face.
It didn't take long before security came looking for me.
If they are allowed to hide their faces, why can't I ?
