He is everywhere. But remem one things we are
the creator of our own destiny by our good and
bad deeds in the past life.

No doubt about it where ever n Any caste God is every where n definitely He is inside n outside also (inside ur open heart means whom so ever thinking good for everyone) n out side means u have to help everybody if u can able to do without haming anyone.

1Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
The Spirit of the Lord God resides in and only in the true believers of him. Yet none the less is presence is also found everywhere else. The Spirit of God and Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost is sooo complex no man can conceive of it in his own head.
This is where Faith is most important. To believe without seeing is the Truest test of Faith.

God is everywhere. I also have God inside my heart. Sometimes I feel so much love inside me, I feel so much love for all the people around the world, that I cannot help it and I cry. I also pray to God to feel our hearts with love and acceptance for each other. It is a wonderful feeling.

God is inside every humann being, in that He knows your thoughts and intentions, but He only dwells in a redemptive way in your spirit if you have confessed Him as your Lord. Romans 10:10 "for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation."

There are several 'concepts'. So, it actually depends on your belief system.
As per Eastern religions like Hinduism et al, God is very much inside of us. Or, it can also be said that we are a part of God.
But as per Islam, Christianity, and Judaism; God is very much outside of us. We are not a part of God but rather we're 'His' subjects (i.e. 'He' is our king).
