The reason I am asking is I don't believe in judging anybody. I accept all people, I believe in Jesus and I believe in god. I know jesus died for me. The reason I am questioning is I see some Christian women who walk by people with their noses stuck up in the air. I don't believe I would ever stick my nose up in the air to anybody

No offence, I just want to know what a Protestant would think about the world and life. The man whom I cant forget is a Protestant. I am looking forward to be closer to the world he is enjoying in. My English is not good enough to read any long or complex story, some simplifications would be very fine. Thank you all.

Most religions, especially christianity asserts that God is ominiscience. If so, why did He creat man that eventually disobeyed Him. Since He is all-knowing, He would have know that Adam and Eve would have been out-wit by the devil and so He won't have expose them to the risk. I surely don't understand why God allowed them to fall into sin and then let His son, Jesus, to die just to save mankind. This sounds rediculous to me; That someone in position to prevent a problem from occurring lets the problem occur then it costs Him dearly to rectify the mistake. Can someone convince me that God is ominiscience and that I should believe in what I have been taught about Him since my childhood.

after all the blood that's been shed fighting against dictators and for the Constitutional rights, like free speech, free press, freedom to assemble, freedom to worship and the to right vote for a representative leadership why are Christians hoping and praying for a dictatorship? why support wars to enforce democracy in other parts of the world when you don't even desire it for yourself and your own country, preferring instead an all powerful king?
I used to be Christian but I can't remember why I thought I wanted to be ruled by a king, why I thought it was a good idea to no longer have the rights our forefathers gave their lives to create and defend.

A"christian" told me that Mother Teresa, who dedicated her life to the sick and dying, is in hell because he was a catholic, and Tammy Faye Baker, who helped her husband cheat people out of millions of dollars and the ratted him out so he went to prison, is going to heaven becuse she is "born again" Does this make sense to anyone?

If God is all knowing, all wise and all loving then why would he create something as awful as Hell? In this country we have the concept of "Cruel and Unusual Punishment". No matter how bad someone's crime is we would never drop them in a pit of boiling sulfer for ever and ever and ever?

I suggest to you that the concept of Hell is incompatible with the Western concept of God. Maybe Hell was created by people to keep the weak in line?

Have you ever laid in bed at night and been really depressed, and down, and lonely, or just really had a bad day, when you suddenly feel this warmth and cold at the same time? As if something was pushing in on you, not suffocating you, but surrounding you and filling you up, and giving you strength? Then you fall asleep and you wake up feeling so ready for another day?
Have you felt this before, and did it bring you to tears?
I think it's God's love, don't you agree?

by that, i mean why do they tell people 'you need to be saved', but then constantly preach on being sure that you are? if God is not the author of confusion, why do so many of His emmisarries on earth encourage an attitude of self doubt about salvation?

So God predestined Judas to betray Christ, he let the devil take over....

So would it be fair for Judas to go to hell for betraying Christ, if he had no say in it?

What happened to God's freewill approach?

John 14:26-27

Jesus answered, "It is he who whom I have dipped it." And having dipped the bread, He gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.
27Now after the piece of bread, Satan entered him. Then Jesus said to him, "What you do, do quickly."
