In other words, all Christians for the first 1,500 years of Christianity went to hell? The Apostles? All the Fathers and Doctors of the Church? All the great Saints who serve as such shining examples of pure love and faith?
But in the 16th Century, one renegade Catholic priest became the Savior, and made it possible for Christians living after that time to get into heaven? Is that what this person is claiming? Actually that is exactly what they are claiming, but they probably don't know enough about the history of Christianity to realize what they are claiming. Who opened the gates of heaven? Jesus Christ or Martin Luther?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! I would think Mother Theresa is in Heaven. She has been blessed by the Catholic Church already and will be canonized when there is enough evidence that she has performed a miracle on earth. (Catholic doctrine on sainthood). As for Tammy Faye (Baker is no longer her last name, she remarried), we don't know what her whole life has been. Only what the media tells us. She is reborn and seems to be on the right track but who knows. Only the people in Heaven will know who goes where. For us still onearth, it a pure guess and even that is speculation. For someone to say that they know for sure who is going where is a sin in itself. It judgement and we are not to judge.

It is widly believed that the Blessed Mother Teresa is in heaven.
She has been canonized by Pope John Paul II (we love u). Canonization by the Catholic Church looks for signs that she's in heaven. "Mirricals" are sought after to show that she's got God's ear. People will write into the Vatican with "Mirricals" they received from the Blessed Mother Teresa. These mirricals need to be validated by a Priest, and challenged by modern science (meaning there's no scientific explanation). So far, she' had two confirmed miricals which indicates she's in heaven. To get to Sainthood ... the Vatican needs to research more mirricals, and her life. She needs to be a good role modle to be elevated to Sainthood for all to emulate.
Sorry, dunno much about T. Faye.

That's what Evangelical Christians would have you believe. They use scare tactics to frighten people out of their logical minds.
No, Mother Theresa is not in heaven....she's worm food.
Tammy Faye won't be going to heaven or hell although she'll probably be preserved forever under a thick layer of oil based skin products and make-up.

Not true, I am not Catholic anymore, as I did not like their ways, however, there are Catholics that will go to Heaven and some that won't, just like EVERY denomination. Mother Teresa was a Jesus loving woman. I am sure she was saved and had Christ in her life. Since we are ALL sinners while on earth, she was forgiven her sins

No, Mother Teresa is not in hell. The women who told you that has not read her bible. In the New Testament, Jesus said about giving 'water and food to the least you have done it to Me.'book of Matthew ,chapter 25 starting verse 32 to 40.On that basis and logical reasoning we could say no to her being in hell.I would not listen to that women.

Teresa did not go to hell, she is in heaven. Tammy Faye will also go to heaven, it is by grace, not by works so nobody can boast of their good deeds!!!

Who are they to judge I thought that was God's job?! Catholics are not bad people, and not all Protestants are good Christians. I think God looks at person's overall life, if your good you go to Heaven, if not you don't. My priest even told me he believes very few people actually go to hell! How's that for a couple of immoral, hell bound Catholics?! Please rethink your source!
