Its in a pawn shop down on 10th and Labrea. They don't have it out in the window, its in the back next to the guitar amplifiers and old socket sets. It looks like its been there for a while, has a lot of dust on it, and a price tag of 500 shekels.

Go to this web site http://wyattmuseum.com/ and it will answer your questions about the Ark of the Covenant. The story of how Ron Wyatt, the Biblical Archaeologist, found the real Ark of the Covenant is most interesting.

It also has many other interesting archaeological finds regarding Noah's Ark, the Red Sea crossing (where Moses and the Israelites went across on dry land but Pharaoh's Army drowned) , Mt Sinai, and Sodom and Gomorrah.

It's either in Ethiopia or beneath the Temple Mount/ Dome of the Rock. The Israelis can't dig there because it's too close to the Dome of the Rock, and if they damaged the Dome, there would be major trouble.

There is a legend which claims the Ark is in Ethiopia (Africa). King Solomon had a son with the Ethiopian queen (AKA the queen of Sheba), and when the young prince visited his father in Israel, he and his entourage stole the ark and brought it to Ethiopia. Many replicas were then made of it, and many Ethiopian churches thus claim to have the original one.

Ever seen the movie "Raiders of the Lost Ark?"

I've seen a lot of documentaries and heard a lot of theories, but I think God wants to keep it hidden so that we have to have faith instead of seeing all the evidence.

There are many theories, but no one knows for sure. The two most predominant thoughts are 1.) buried under Al Asqa and 2.) buried in the desert somewhere.
