i wish i could help but i don't know what's in your fridge.
here's a really helpful link: all you have to do is insert ingredients from your kitchen & the BBC website will give you recipes to pick from (and you can choose preferences you Don't want to include)

As salamun alaikum and happy Ramadan. It is around 6:15 where I am at right now, and I am going to barbeque some steak and have a side dish of mashed potatoes. Yummy!
Blessed be the one who testifies there is no GOD but GOD and muhammad(pbuh) is his messenger. Take care love!

how about a vegetable soup with crackers and a tossed salad with your favorite dressing. and don't worry because of medical reasons can't have alcohol. for desert how about a green tomato pie ( my absolute favorite ) or strawberry, peach, pie with perhaps a scoop of ice cream. if there are any of these offensive to your Religious Belief System I humbly apologize as I'm not familiar with your food taboo and would never deliberately offend.

Hi Aisha, how are you ?
Actually..I do not have any suggestions cuz every country has their own food they eat..
all i suggest is that always make your food healthy and light so that you can pray well and read Qur'an cause if your food contains lots of oil stuff,,, you always feel tired.
Happy Ramadan :)

Bread chicken cutlets, with corn on the cob, and yellow rice. :o) That's very simple to make and won't take hours! If you have children, then they can help you bread the chicken slices. Happy eating.

In the event that it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
