First, I've heard that the world is comming to an end tomorrow about 7 times in my life. Four of them since Y2K. World War II was supposed to be the end of the world. World war I was supposed to be the end of the world. The end of the world will happen when the sun grows too big and cooks the earth.

Second, the asking for and accounting is a spiritual trap. If you have faith in God Almighty, you won't question his motives an be saved from Hell's fate. If you don't have faith, you will question his motives and be sent to hell.

But, to entertain the question, it would be this: Why is blind faith so imortant that you couldn't stop by and visit us? and I mean in a visible form. Not to just one person that was suposed to tell the world.

well given that when we stand before God all the works that are not sincere and achieved with God in mind, they are burned up in the fire.

God tells us now, as we sit in prayer, we are to be specific, and make our words few, not to ramble and definitely not to make excuses, He already knows our hearts and we can't fake or excuse our way out of anything when it comes to Him. All I'll be able to say is " I am sorry" and be so humble standing in His presence, that I'll take my crowns with great honour.
I know that His judgment is just as it is loving and I don't need to justify my actions to Him, it's a mute point.
What He decides to burn in the fire, I most undoubtedly learn from and discover the ways and thinkings of my own heart and through this He will create in me a better servant.

One's accounting before God is between that person and God.

In other words, the only accounting you need to concern yourself with is your own. It would be advisable--since you are aware of the fact that the accounting will indeed come due--to begin concerning yourself with your own now...but that choice is yours.

hey look at the rest of society and especially people where I live !! I really was not that bad was I ? I plead for leniency in my sentencing. I know that hell is full and I want my stay in purgatory waved and charges dismissed -- case discharged.

I'd ask him how the weather was up there. Then I'd probably head back to class and work on my homework. Ironically, it'd probably be my Intermediate Accounting work.

Everthing around would be so fearful, as the Hell / punishment ofr our sins would be infront of us, the terror would be so much that relatives/friends/acquintances would hide from each other, as they might ask for good deeds.
