they learn I'm employed?

I am not employed to have "something to do." I have plenty to do. I have children and my husband does not have a job. Of course he's a saint for being good to them while I'm at work and college. Coz "guys normally don't do that." I'm so lucky....

The ones saying it usually don't know me well enough to know my hobbies and such, just that I was silly enough to have kids and be married at a young age, but you'd think they know I have lots to "do".... The common factor is the people saying it are all Christians. I don't smart off coz I like them, don't want to hurt their feelings, but it kind of hurts my feelings, not knowing where they're coming from with that, and okay, why does my husband always get credit, and I never do. (A little jealousy there, but still not related to the question.:*) )

Has anyone else encountered this, or said it to a working married mother? Why?

Just wanted to find out what different religions think about E.T (Extra terrestrial) life. I heard it was something about Earth being the most important planet or that God makes life forms that look
like him. My main questions are that whats up with animals which are different and God creating the whole entire Universe which
means that all planets are created by him. Another question I have is human beings some how being born on mars or on earth still means there are humans just in a different place. And
are devils and angels considered E.T since they are out of the planet? Please awnser kindly. Nothing rude or abusive. Just wan to learn we are doing a classroom project on this.

Because I have wondered this for a longtime. See you cant look at the sun because you will go blind, and that is also what they say about God. Plus the Sun shines down on ALL of us! And also the Sun helped to create us and make us grow and sustain life! It obviously "see's all that we do and "knows" everything! And it is in the heavens.....doesnt this all kinda add up? I mean I dont plan on running around worshiping the sun (although I believe they used to do that back in the day) it's just I think it is extremely likely that God is the sun and vice versa...hmmm what do you think about this?

when at one point or another all religions would have been considered a cult. all foundling religions have been labled this.
even christianity.
now i'm not talking about the branch dividions or the moonies or anything but why should such a lable be put on any religion?
no matter what your faith it was considered a cult in it's infantcy.
shouldn' we ALL be a little more tolerant of others beliefs and just keep our lable to ourselves?

....and what church were they from? Has anyone heard about that? Apparently, some seriously misguided women from some baptist church decided that they would 'boycott' the Amish victims' funeral for some reason. I don't know any more that that. Does anyone know the details?

The majority of Christian and non-Christian religions, believe in a heavenly reward, where immortal life is easy and safe.

One religion believes that there's a resurrection, to everlasting life on Earth, and to spend 1000 years tearing down the vestiges of the old system (buildings, monuments, etc.), than rebuilding Earth into a Paradise.

With the first, life holds no challenges, hard work, and responsibilities. With the second, you use you full mental and physical capabilities, to solve the problems of dismantling what was built to honor man, and create a Paradise to honor God. After that is done, you may go out into the rest of the Universe to create more paradises, so more hard work.

With the first, there no examples of it on Earth. With the second, there are hundreds of examples.

Millions have made the second choice, over the first, in the last 120 years. Would you rather believe in an easy life in Heaven (or the eqivalent of it), or a challenged life on Earth?
