I have been asked to decorate our Sunday School room as "the three Jewish boys cast into the fiery furnace" I need all the suggestions I can get! The Idol is something I am having a HARD time with!! Can anyone help? Our fall harvest is next one and one half weeks away...

A few of my friends and I are going to attend Temple this Friday and we have no idea what the dress code is.

We are unsure what to believe so we are trying to What to wear to Temple? experience different things. There will be two guys and me (a girl if you can't tell) attending.

It says that god planned the day of your death the day you were born and if good people die he says that they are needed in heaven.

So question is should mass and everyday murderers be let free since there helping with god's plan also god doesnt make mistakes right everything that happens to you is "correct"

all of our youths problems on a lack of prayer in school, rather then placing the responcibilty on the parents.

I am a father of two and both my wife and I work. However we still make time to spend with our children. So please don't try and use that as an excuse.

In Ezekiel 24:15-17 God in my opinion almost randomly takes his wife away and says you can't mourn. Why? I know that God is sovergn and can do what he wants to do. But with that there must be a reason because God isn't random. It least I dont think he is. what are your thoughts. P.S. its ok to ask questions. its part of having a relationship. as long as your respectful.

The hot topic in the UK at the moment seems to be the rise in ''Faith Schools''. Should 120 planned Muslim only schools, be of concern to anyone outside of the Muslim community? Are schools the right place to guide young impressionable minds in strict religious beliefs, or should they be concentrating on academic education? Why does the 'almighty' require some to wear veils, hats and robes?
I don't want to see any answer saying "To show our faith and devotion" _ that's B.S. It wouldn't even take God one single second to read everybodies' mind and see how far their faith would go. He sees and hears ALL remember?

there are 6 billion people alive on earth today. now take into account the billions and billions and billions of people not living. now factor in the flood of noah's day where the earth was wiped clean and only a handful of people(according to the bible) were left to repopulate the earth.
now i ask how is this possible for the population to be so great (both living and dead) in only a short 6 thousand years?

I really wonder why God makes certain. I hate how people tell me, it's just a trial you're going through it will pass...blah blah...How can it be God's putting me through a hard time to make me stronger and what not when It's being happening for 17 years(my whole life)
