Modern Christians like to pick and choose parts of the old testament they wish to follow. Usually it's only the ones that deal with sexuality. What else would you expect from a hypocritical oppressive culture?

NO!
Most take their time by doing what they want; no matter if it hurts their body or not. It seems to them it doesn't matter, but watch out people; when the Lord comes back he will (Isaiah 66:15-17)plead with you not to do those things. If you still do, the Lord will kill you.

The unclean animals were considered to be unclean because of diseases that they carried. If you see a pig; it eats the slop of the earth. Also a lobster carries diseases because it's at the bottom of the ocean floor where it eats all the junk. Here's more information in these sites why people should't eat these unclean creatures:

As for 1Tim.4:1-4: people should look at this closely; instead of misinterpeting the text.If you see this particular faith in 1Tim.4:1; it says that this particular faith will depart from the true faith. It also teaches us that they forbid to marry(v.3); Ellen G. White in the SDA Faith forbids marriage. Let's continue: "commanding to abstain from meats..."; the SDA does teach about the clean and unclean meats, but forbids you to eat the clean meats.

Yes christianity allows the eating of Pork. Acts 10.

The Leviticus passage the questions quotes was part of the law of Moses which was done away when Christ died on the cross.

Leviticus is part of the Old Testament. Christians generally follow the laws of the New Testament.
In Christianity, there are not any dietary restrictions of the kind practiced by Jews and Muslims.

The O,T. was about law, do this don't do that, to show man his sin, and need for a saviour, the N.T. is a new covenant based on grace. It is for all people, not just for the Jew, and is about relationship with God. Jesus said that what came out of a man, his thoughts and words, were more important than what went in through the mouth. Thus He declared all foods clean. It's in the Gospels, read them for yourself. Please.

Pork is allowed in Christianity because Jesus Christ came to fulfill the Law, and to free us from it. This is because it is possible to fulfill all 613 Laws in the Torah. Some Laws deal with women, some with men, some with animals, some with food, some with priests, etc.

Yes, because the reasons for making pork non kosher no longer apply. Plus you need to understand that many of those laws were civic laws for the nation of Israel. Since I and I'm assuming you are not a citizen of Israel those laws do not apply to us.

The Levitical Laws or the Mosaic Laws (the laws given by Moses) passed away when Jehovah God assumed human form. Paul is always talking about how the laws passed away in his church letters (called epistles).
