In the end, who will have relieved the most suffering in the world (no Windows jokes please) Mother Teresa or Bill Gates?

Please think before answering since the automatic response will be MT. Remember, BG will give $100 billion dollars to charity and will have created 10's of thousands of good paying jobs...

Maybe I shouldn't worry about it, because maybe the questioner is not the only one reading the answer. But I'm beginning to wonder if answer questions on this forum is worth the time.

I ask controversial questions to get people thinking and interesting debate going, and I try to respect the people who took the time to answer, even if I don't agree; unless their answer contains nothing but insults--showing appreciation for THAT kind of answer would be insincere.

some crazy fundamentalists reviled against me at the way how i look! why, men are not suppose to look pretty and bright? especially Bowie and all other famous androgynes, including my avator! that's my style and their, and it's not necessarily transvestite nor homosexuality, even though it comes eyeliners and lipsticks! and God doesn't care about appearances! and he could bless our appearances and personas! and i do love Jesus!

i know God looks through our hearts, unlike those stupid fundamentalists! F__k the Fundamentalisms! they're ideas are just totally unfair!

I like to meet many kinds of people but I'm constantly surprised when I ask if someone is Jewish and I'm totally off.
Maybe due to intermarriage etc. the Jewish "look," if there ever was one, is very unreliable.

What do my fellow Jews think of this? Do you bemoan this fact or celebrate it?

How often are you wrong (what %?) thank you. I just find this interesting and I don't mean to offend anyone.

I'm interested in hearing from Wiccan people of both sexes about Wicca in general and how it makes your life better. Religious sense, not material, please. I've studied it from books, but never been around anyone that practiced it. Anyone with common sense, I'd enjoy hearing from you!

I'm a twenty one year old Christian...I am still a virgin but I am just a little courious about a converstation that a friend and myself had--If two Christian people love each other get married, is it wrong for them to explore things sexually what is against Christian beliefs about this?? Do they have to stick strictly to 'missinary possition' or can they explore things?? Can they only make love in their bed with the lights out?? in other words what is too far to go as a married Christian couple? Please only serious answers, no stupid or rude remarks.

I cant find it in the constitution or any amendment i've read. The only place I can find it is a letter from T. Jefferson to the Danbury Baptists, they were complaining that the poloticians were repressing their freedoms of religion. He suggested a separration of Church and state to protect the Chruch from the government.

That is it. As far as I can tell no law was written.

So Why do americains all refer to it if it doesn't exist?

If so and so murder someone are they going to heaven or if so and so molested a child are they going to heaven. It's like they know what the word of God says and then they ask these stupid questions. It is ultimately up to God ( all judgement). Then they turn around and say something like, thats why i don't believe in God , cause if they can go to heaven then i would rather go to hell.Truth be told know one knows what they are going to do from day to day, or if they might trip out and kill somebody( people really aren't as sane as they think they are) or even if they will wake up in the morning. And it sounds mighty unforgiving and judgemental of these certain people.Would you hate them just as much if you found out it was you child or parent or spouse that had commited these crimes? I don't by any means support this type of activity, but why is it always throwed up as a means to belittle Christianity?

Because even Jesus don't want to save these intentional sinners.
Christians are sinners to--but they commit non-intentional or good sin
and they repent and Christ pay for them. But those Infidels commit
evil or intentional sins and nobody paid for them-because they don't accept the payment--again intentionally.

And when he [Jesus] was alone, those present along with the Twelve questioned him about the parables. He answered them, "The mystery of the kingdom of God has been granted to you. But to those outside everything comes in parables, so that 'they may look and see but not perceive, and hear and listen but not understand, in order that they may not be converted and be forgiven.'" (Mark 4:10-12 NAB)

i think it should be in the schools and a great solution would be the parents or children who want to worship in school should have a special area where they can do this and maybe a special time before class. i think kids were a lot better off in the old days when the bible was taught then they are now.
