If a perfect God had created the earth; would he not create it in such a way that, no conflict or turmoil would exist?

It is obvious to me that if there was a creator, then it was mankind. Because, what other creature would hold enough pride and arrogance to throw every form of DNA(gentle and vicious) in the primordial soup, just to stand back with his arms crossed, chest out and a big crap eating grin on his face.
To me creationism started with a big bang. Evolution followed within the species.
