First discern whether it is really God speaking then take it from there. For those of you who think God can't ask you to do this, you really should re-read the Old Testament. Whole lotta killin going on there under God's orders and no I'm not just talking about Abraham. (By the way, no where in the Bible does it say that Abraham had to sacrafice Isaac because of his being the father of the faithful, he was just following orders. Nice try though...)
Then again alot of psychos out there say they are killing people on God's orders.
That's a tough question, pretty much got to experience it firsthand it to know what you would do.

Perhaps you should change religion or something... Jesus came in this world to change to order of things so things of the past would cease...(the bible)... Jesus was againts cutting parts or torture... He saved Marie-Magdalene from being stoned, he put a cut ear back to the guy his apostle cut off to protect Jesus, and Jesus told his own apostle that that was not the way... So, why would any God ask to kill anyone... Not the TRUE GOD... Human Sacrifices and torture has been abolish by Jesus... who
is the TRUE and ONLY way to Heaven.....

I become immediately aware that the entity that is "angry" is not God. I thus do not obey. (Why do we always seem to think God has all the stupid and immature emotional responses that puny little humans have?? Is God like an old dude, like about 70? An authoritarian old dude who never matured?)

You first know something about the God you worship. It would be against my God's character to ask me to do such a thing, and it would violate his own Law. I'm not Abraham, and I don't have a promise of all the nations of the earth being blessed through me, so I don't have to worry about that one. I know my Lord's Voice. That one would not be Him.

Hey a lot of great WARS were fought because GOD demanded, and in the name of, so why would killing your own kid be any different? if you fallow GOD's word then you should fallow GOD"s word...."BUT" if you have your own free will then chuck the orders from GOD and love your kid instead....

See a shrink - God doesn't do that anymore. The ultimate blood sacrafice was Jesus - he said "It is finished." Don't attribute Satan's suggestions to God.
