The Bible does not give an age, but Sarah was like 90,91 years of age when she bore Issac and shortly after Abraham and Issacs return the Bible says Sarah died at the age of 127 years. Issac would have been 37 years old at that point and since the Bible does not time frame the time between their return and her dying it would be guessing, but you could say with some certainty that Issac was of adult age, he needed to be strong enough to carry the fire wood for the burnt offering as well.

Jewish tradition, recorded by Josephus, says that Isaac was 25 years old at the time. At any rate, he was old enough and strong enough to carry a considerable quantity of wood up a mountain. So, he could have resisted his 125-year-old father when the time came to bind him if he had chosen to be rebellious against Jehovah’s commandments. Instead, Isaac submissively let his father proceed to offer him as a sacrifice in harmony with God’s will.
