why was man created there is no indication that god created angels so we can only assume that they were around before the earth was made as a matter of fact i belive i read somewhere that they helped with the creation of earth, in any case anyone care to take a guess to as why we were created??? i also have a theory if u would like to hear it E-mail me beacuse its rather long and all that good stuff

I would like to know if there is a Pagan or Wiccian ritual that involves hanging a picture backwards on a wall (picture facing wall) with a pile or circle of pine cones and rocks surrounding it. Could it be a black wiccan ritual?

I am not asking this to be a smart@$$. This is a serious question. I obviously know very little about the religions except that Wiccian is earth based, and Pagan is based around women.

In the United States its obvious that the religious wrong is constantly manipulated for political gain.

All one has to do is give a little lip service to the Christ Cultists community, perhaps throw a little cash their way and you have an instant voter base. Sure they're idiots, but they're idiots who vote. Its no surprise that the masters of corruption (the GOP) are masters at this, not that the democrats are any different but they seem to have some semblance of whats right and wrong.

Then you have the actual religious leaders who run around with whores (not that theres anything wrong with that) and use their religious organizations as tax shelters for diamond mines in oppressive third world nations or ask for money because they claim their god will kill them if they dont meet some quota.

And sure enough they eat it up.

So whats the deal, are you stupid? Who am I kidding, sure you are.

Is being young (15+) and pregnant a sin? What if you are married? Why is the Christian community so against it young pregnancy? If God didn't want young girls to get pregnant why did he make periods start so soon? I'm not trying to start an arguement...just curious. Please relate this to your religion not your own personal views.

Yea, as if you know what they're life is like. Look, bigots, it's not affecting you or anyone else in any way, it's consentual, they're adults, they can think for themselves.

Got any good reasons why not? Oh, and don't you DARE throw a Bible quote at me. I am so fed up with religious zealots who actually think theyre opinion and theyre belief system has any rational, legal, or moral right to interfere with someone else's RIGHT TO HAPPINESS. It's consentual sex. Most pedophilia is not, sex with animals is not, therefore any marriage is illegitimate. But consentual love between two adult humans warrants rights to marriage for me.

Oh, sorry that it doesn't procreate. Sorry that it's 'perversion'. Yea, well don't pretend that the church is moral. How many priests have molested children. What religion looted, raped, and destroyed towns during the Crusades. What religion burned hundreds of innocent women and men, saying they were witches. Christianity.

theres nothing to worry why you'll get marry if we do have a divorce whats the used of it? For a normal couple they have the chance to get marry and then divorce if they dont want their partner anymore whats the logic in it where is the love whats the meaning of marrying with the opposite sex if love doesn't exist? how is it that heterosexual couples that are atheists or satanists (though that could be considered a religion too) can still get married? why is homosexual marriage such a big threat to the sanctity of marriage and these aren't?

even if these people get married by the justice of the peace, it is still called marriage and they recieve all the benefits as anyone married under god would.

...by the way, i support freedom and rights for all and separation of church and state.

I always feel that the number "13" is following me. It's 13 this, and that like 13 plates, 13 videos, 13 weeks, 13 everything. I also feel that God is so being unfair to me. I always feel miserable EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! It's like a curse is on me. For example, no matter how HARD I TRY AT SOMETHING, and do it again and again and so on... what I'm trying to accomplish is torn to pieces. Also, whenever I do something good like holding the door for someone, it feels that God gives me a bad punishment. I feel as that the poorer and miserable I feel... God justs sits there and laugh and give another horrible punishment. Also, evrytime I pray to God, I feel miserable. If I don't pray to God, I STILL feel miserable. I feel like throwing my body in a pool of sharks, or throw myself into sharp rocks or into a volcano and suffer and die? Please!!!!!!!!!..... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a 'new' Christian and am also looking for a new job. I have been offered an interview at a Martial Arts Studio as a secretary. I have done some research on my own and have found mixed results. I really need the money, but I don't want to go against Biblical teachings- as there are other jobs out there.
Any thoughtful input would be welcome!

And why will no one speak out strongly and decisively against it? It seems that nearly everyone practices this sin, some to a great extent and it is almost completely socially accepted. The Bible speaks out against it many times however, calls for the death penalty for those that practice it and warns they will not inherit the Kingdom of God. Shouldn't Christians be doing far more to oppose and speak out against this sin which has become an epidemic?

why do we make such a large fuss over gay marriage and not the divorce rate?
the devorce rate effects a lot more people.
when asking about gay marriage i hear kids need a mom and dad so why not attack the devorce rate, the major cause of single parents????

1. If God didn’t want homosexuality, why did he make it possible? Even more importantly, Why make it feel good. It doesn’t make sense.

2. Why would a God who loves everyone, why would he order his followers to commit genocide against the Canaanites? (book of Joshua)

3. On the same thread, what about when little children were taunting Elisha, and God summoned bears to rip the little children apart?

4. Why would all loving God create Hell? Hell is a place whose only purpose is to torture people for eternity. Not the creation of an omni benevolent god if you ask me.

5. Why did God create Ebola, a disease that turns people into more or less guts jello? Seems sadistic to me.
