It was kind of a weird dream. I dreamt I was just temporarily being muslim and studying the koran to just understand them and their beliefs. I felt very alienated by my peers though. It was a crazy dream.
Actually, I kept telling people I wanted to learn more about soofyists or something. I can't remember and I've never heard of that term.

Either way, she IS one hell of an entertainer. Keep a watchful eye on Regis, while you're at it.

Please explain to me how flying a plane into a building sends you to heaven, and why is Allah giving you 17 virgins??

Also why is strapping bombs to your body and boarding a crowded bus or entering a marketplace then detonating it considered a holy act?

Also, I dont understand the relgious benefits and significance of beating your wife.

Is it written in the glorious Quran that crop dusters filled with biochemical agents will fulfill the scriptures and bring praise to Allah?

Am I missing something here, a metaphore I missed?
something? Please !?

Why is there such a strong correlation between religion, hatred and violence? And then you wonder why I find religion so distasteful.

There was about 2000 years between Moses and Jesus, what were God followers in that period called?

Also did Jesus ever actually refer to Moses's great deeds...I think Moses was way cooler than Jesus ever was...

Did he really need to do this? Why did God give him the power to do such a huge thing - it must have been shameless self promotion to get the Christian faith going in the first place....

Why, in that case, given the amount of vissicitudes in beliefs around this subject has God never tried to re-inforce his position by granting someone else the powers and show all of us Philistines that he is kicking about still?

they have promised to help the lebanese rebuild their homes and financial help. But lebanese keep telling me that all the food and aid they get comes from the christian west.
This is the question that most lebanese keep asking the hesballah leader
When are you going to keep your promises and start helping us , because you provoked this war that reduced lebanon to a pile of bricks?

1. By whose authority is it said to be God's actual words and not paraphrased?

2. If God can dictate/inspire the writers of the Bible, Who is to say writers of the Vedas, Tao Te Jing, or the Gnostic Gospels were not God-inspired as well?

3. One of my fave chapters/books in the Bible was the Book of Ruth, that chapter was just a story of Ruth's life. It was beautiful but was God telling a story to his people when it was written?

I am not trying to stir up trouble here, from the recent Discovery Channel and National geo progs, I got to think, I wantto see things from both sides of the wall... i want to learn I want to know, for those who are well knowledged please help with this question or direct me to a friendly site/forum that are confident enough not to react with caustic curses and statements. Thank you to the Christian Scholars.

I think the rfid verichip is the mark of the beast.

Look at revelation Ch 14 versus 11

He shall be tourmented forever and ever whosoever worship the beast AND his image AND recieve his mark of his name.

KEYWORD AND!!!

What if I recieve the mark of the beast and I DONT worship the beast and I DONT Worship his image!!

Then I am not subject to full judgement occuring to the bible??

My bible says AND,

NOT OR!!

Science may argue religion does not exist; religion may argue science does not exist, yet both do the same thing.

They explain life.

So the question above is can in the end everything be the same? I mean absolutely everything!!!

*Hint. Everything starts from a single point.

I am just curious at to why they come into this topic if they are non-believers. I don't hang out in Business/Finance or Cars/Transportation because those topics don't interest me. I don't go in and slam people who are there though. Just wondering...

Adam sinned and you like him, according to you lot (christians) we all sin, so why give homosexuals a hard time? What you consider wrong is not what I consider wrong, get over it.

=================
Two goldfishes in an aquarium argue with fervency about something.
Then one of them suddenly sails to the other corner.
After a few minutes of thinking, the goldfish comes back and says:
- Well, let’s assume, that God does not exist.
And who then changes the water in the aquarium?
================
We too, as a goldfishes, about something passionately argue.
But why nobody will ask:
If the Vacuum, Absolute Zero (T=0K) plays so important role
in the Universe what particles can be there?
How in INFINITE VACUUM was generated the TIME,
the STARS,
the HUMAN BEING, all MATERIAL WORLD ?
