yeah! of course! :D and i've experienced it. gives me the peacefulness, strength, consoles and calms me when i'm upset... the feeling is beyond words.

Yes I do Believe in the Power of Prayer.
I tell you about one. It was a Saturday I was help a friend cut down some trees. I slipped and landed on a rock. I went to the Hospital and found I had creaked two ribs. I was in Pain. Then I went to Church on Sunday and the prayed for me and the Pain left me. I went to my doctor on Monday and he could not believe I was in no pain. SO he sent me back to get another x-ray and there was no creaks.
Just a little story of Prayer at work for you.

Yes, I do believe in prayer. Its the greatest power on earth. When you pray you call upon divine intervention. Prayer should be a part of our life.

i was watching the today show or good morning america or one of those crappy morning shows one day, and they mentioned a study concerning heart patients.
the group that had people praying for them did the worst.
now, all this says is that prayer is arbitrary, there in no proof that it works.
although multiple studies do prove in the power of the patients belief. the placebo effect is incredibly powerful when it comes to terminally ill patients and those who science says have a small chance at survival.
so what does this mean? don't pray for others, but believe in prayer yourself.

I can help you. I can channel the lord jesus christ, through my prayers. Come on up here, my little leper infested brethren, wait for it, wait for it, i can feel the power, HEALLLL!!!!! Praise the lord, praise the lord, the leper is healed. Hell no, i don't believe in the power of prayer, i don't believe in isms, john lennon, he was a smart man, after all he was the walrus.

Yes I do, I believe that prayers or any good intentions are but energy, and we are all made up from energy, hence prayers (not necessarily religious) will work

Yep, it's worked for me before on more than one occasion... also my husband's grandmother told a story of one of her son's that was scolded by tipping a teapot onto himself as a small child... He was in a crib in the hospital and she was praying at his bedside... She asked God if her child was going to recover and the next moment she swears she saw an image of the crib rise up from the real one and vanish through the ceiling.... Her husband came in shortly after and assured he the boy would be fine and she replied... 'you didn't just see what I just saw' ... He died a few days later.

There have been no positive results that can be attributed to prayers that can't be better or more logically attributed to something of natural origins ever recorded.

Yes I do. But I also believe that the will of God cannot be reversed. The day I die was pre-determined before I was born. There is nothing I can do about it. Live life, give thanks to God, and appreciate what you have while you are here in this hellhole. Pray for your loved ones, but realize, they will die or suffer as God willed them to. Weird world we live in!
