Yes. There is life after Answers, but it comes in the form of reincarnation. After you die, you come back as another user who will answer questions.

Seriously, definitely.
It's an addictive place this... I've only been here just over a month, but I'm already aware that it isn't really very "good" for me. It's fun, and it's stimulating, and at the same time frustrating and some times mind-numbingly inane. Life outside Y!A is pretty much the same, but it's a different same. And more varied.
Balances are hard things to strike... I guess they're like a moving target. But it'd be nice if you came back occasionally. Your Qs and As are definitely contributing to the fun and stimulating side of this site.

I think Y!A helped me find it.
After checking out some of my answers, my husband decided to support me going back to college as a psychology major.
Now that I have something positive to pour my energies into, I find that I don't miss this place so much.
Do you remember that weekend that Y!A shut down and we all thought we'd go crazy? I just don't feel that drawn to it anymore.
There are people I miss, and think about when I'm not here, but most are not around here much anyway.
I plan to visit once in a while, but never to spend as much time as I did. For one, I just don't have that kind of time to devote to it anymore.

There was life before it and there will be life after it. The only thing is keeping the parts of it you find best which for me is the nice people I've met so I will keep in touch with them.
