I've been thinking and, I don't think aramgedon is a dimplomatic act, its just not justified. How can one sin wipe away others? Who decide that! We deserve our chance to show whatever is out there that we can live the "right" way, we desreve a chance to live. So I suppose my question is, do you think that aramgedon (mass death in any cercomstance is the right way to get "peace")?

I've always had the hair standing on the back of your neck creepy feeling, as long as I can remember. I've been watching a lot of documentaries on hauntings/demons/ghosts/angels/etc and wonder if anyone has really had that happen to them and has a good explanation for it, or if it is all just made up. I do believe in God therefore I believe in demons/angels. Don't get me wrong, I am HAPPY I haven't "experienced" it firsthand.. :)

Do you believe in Bible, Qur'an etc because of your own observations or because your brain was washed since you were a baby ? Has anyone out there seen any physical proof of God ? How come you are SURE if your religion is not just a fiction story ?
Has anyone directly contacted God ? If so what did he say to you ?
Why do you think God does not contact everyone individullay but sends a prophet once in 1000 year.

The problem that I am facing is with my youngest daughter Lindi.
Around a year back I had sex with an anonymous guy in a local pub.
I didn't know his name bcoz I was drunk. He contacted me 2 days ago(I gave him my address but it's now he is contacting) and claiming my baby. What I can do?
Saved 5 years ago by our Lord Jesus. Blessed by his love. A loving single mom of 4 children--Andy(4 years), Sam(3 years),Jane(3 years) and Lindi(1 week).

My Grandma died and my family all went to the funeral. Since Im a big guy I felt it was necessary to bring along some honey buns and chips. I made sure to hide them in my coat until we got into the church. But when my mother went up to give her ulogy, I couldn't help it- so I started eating the chips- and I guess everyone heard the bag rustling so they gave me a look. My mother continued but I kept eating, and she finally broke into tears and screamed at me to "stop eating!" I got real upset, so I stood up and with the chips in my mouth told her "You stop crying you bytch!" Everyone gasped, my father tackled me to the ground. And since Grandma's casket was open, my chips fell from my hands and onto her chest. To wrap this up my mother now wont speak to me and my father wants me to seek counseling- I dont get it! I was fuking hungry and wanted to eat! Im a big guy and couldnt wait until later. Whyd my mom get so mad??? And my Dad tackled me in public??

Jesus says i am the way the truth and the life, no one cometh unto the father but by me." tellin the truth then he is the final judge and the Messiah- he cant be called good if you say he is lying!
Isaiah predicted Jesus to be the Messiah and the Son of God-dont lie and say your Jewish or Muslim and then call Isaiah a liar "Unto us a child is born, a son is given, and he will be the prince of peace, the almighty God, and the woderfull counselor." if Jesus isnt the Messiah what other Son of God is given-who else would be God almighty come to earth? dont lie and call yourself Jewish or Muslim-if your a heathen rejecting Isaiah just admit it but dont defame my Jewish religion-which gentiles come too and believe in Jesus heart and soul too-as predicted "He will be a light to the gentiles too" Isaiah 42 vs 1

Honest question. I don't mean to be flippant or offend anyone. I ask this becaues I wonder if the American Frontier (the unsettled Old West) created a unique situation for Mormonism to thrive, unaffected by the rest of the US. By the time the frontier had become settled to the point of territories becoming states, Mormonism had grown to the point that the Mormon Church had actual political power and could not be denied legitimacy without civil conflict.

I also ask this because I wonder if the Mormon Church would have the same power and legitimacy today if it were founded in today's society instead of during the time of the American Frontier.

Again, I don't mean to offend or be flippant. If my question reflects a lack of understanding, please educate me. I am genuinely curious.

Do you Christians really believe that if I, as a Jew, believe in God but not Jesus and uphold God's laws as best as I can and be as good of a person as I can (with a few slip-ups here and there, of course) that I'll be sent to hell anyway?

I'm not just talking Catholics, mind you.

Ever since i turned back to God and accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and saviour I see crows. Its like they watch out for me. I hear them every morning and i see them throughout my day. Espically when I have the choice to do something i shouldnt do. I believe that God is using them as messengers to me.
Anybody else have this happen to them?

I was watching family guy and peter said 'thank god' then it cut to a scene where god apologized to some foreign religious figure about the 'thank god' thing. implying that it was the other guy(blue with 4 arms, who is he?) who worked the miracle and god got all the credit. This made me think... even if religion and god and such were real, how do you know which god worked the miracle? do you think that some of the more miniscule gods get ngry and jealous that no one respects them? if they really do exist, then why dont the gods (or just god) show themselves(physically) to everyone and then people would know he/they are real? I can tell already that someone is going to say that you know what god it is, because there is only one. well, how do you know?

While not all Muslims are terrorists (of course) it seems like all terrorists are Muslim. Have any clerics spoken out against the violence toward innocent people all over the world that is being carried out in the name of Islam?

Neighbor A is a believer but of a different denomination than you.

Neighbor B is a non believer.

Would you treat the non-believer any differently than the believer? Please remember that non believer can cover more than just atheist and agnostic, the neighbor could be Hindu, Buddhist, Pagan, Satanist, etc...

God is "omnipresent," which means He is everywhere at every moment. For those who deny His existence, how can you be sure? Are you everywhere at this current moment? If you aren't omnipresent, then that means you cannot say without a reasonable doubt that God exists! Jesus is present in my heart, so I have proof that He exists! You can't deny God's existence. You can say that He doesn't exist, but you will never have any proof that He doesn't until you gain omniscience (all-knowing and all-present)! You will never possess that power, so you will never be able to prove God doesn't exist!

I've been married for almost 5 yrs. now. My husband joined the Navy a year ago, and has been gone a lot. He's stationed overseas, and I can't join him yet. A month and a half ago, I IMed an old internet buddy. I talked to him a lot when I was 17, but at the time he was seeing someone, and so was I. He was a great friend though. A very devoted Christian. I didn't keep in contact with him because my life got real busy, and I didn't have much internet access. But now I have a labtop, and live by myself. Okay, here's the bad part. My husband believes in God, but that's about it. I need to be with someone who I can pray with, read the Bible with, go to church with. Since I've married him, my walk with the Lord has slipped. This guy I'm talking to online, and on the phone, is so wonderful! We pray together, and read the Bible together. I want to be with him! He's great! What should I do? I'm so USE to being with my husband. What should I tell him? I'm so confused. HELP!
