He never did mention who he was serving, nor who his father was. Of course, then you never know if he was trying to destroy humanity or save it. He was going against all of God's commandments, even now most Christian's go against the original testament. Some Churches replaced God with Christ. So if Christ was another test of God, that explains all the confusion.

I am not against religion or religious expression, but while many people will argue how religious people might be annoying or idiotic or morons, islam is the only religion that is stopping civilization in its tracks all over the world. I know muslims say that only a small fraction of muslims are extremist, but there are over 1 billion muslims in the world. If only 1% of them were extremist, that is 1 MILLION muslim extremist in the world today, and that is at the low end. Then add on the maybe 5% who at lease sympathize with the terrorist cause and you get scary numbers. All religions and atheistic beliefs have extremist, but last time I checked there wasnt Shaolin monks and Catholic priest hijack planes and blowing themselves up in markets.

I know this isnt PC but arent we all beginning to think what a pain Islam is on the world now, especially with todays plane bomb plot scare?

NO PERVS Please! I don't mean like regarding the sexual abuse, but instead, like "I'm a priest, I have a sermon to prepare to help my flock get to Heaven, but first I have to molest this child." i asked why it was not o.k. to test god when it was o.k. in aincent times.
well 1st thessalonians 5:21 (kjv) it says to prove all things and hold fast to that which is true. in another version it says to test all things. well wouldn't god be considered part of all things? either he is part of all things or he is nothing.

All of the religious people and leaders were confused, upset, and scared. Christ was changing the way many thought. Turning the tables around for everyone. How? He had studied the scriptures as a child. No one could get him away from arguing religion, but what was always clear is that he wasn't wecomed by any of the religious leaders nor men of high power. They tried to match his knowledge of the bible, but would all fail. Christ had become God to all. They didn't believe him. Never once said, he could be the real son of God. Why? That brings great doubt. Holy men not believing in their own religion, fearing Christ like he had become something they had created without being part of the plan. My question is did they cover up this mess by adding him with the rest of the old scriptures and therefore setting everything back to as it once was?

i am not looking for simple answers such as, they are weak people, needing some kind of spiritual hole filled, i think we all have a spiritual hole needing to be filled, some have, some haven't. but i would like some scientologists to tell me, or some who have experienced it, researched it, how they disregard all of the facts that have come out about this religion, the deaths, the money taken from people, remortging houses etc..the fact that hubbard himself went crazy, and died lonely, with serious metal health issues...after his son went on nation TV and said that his father made the whole thing up...the fact that they are making huge ammounts of money, the fact that they do not even allow people who haven;t paid, to see what it is they belive and feel they know about the world...this is not a religion, it is a business and cult, two terrible things on their own, but when mixed.....ok, ok...so please people, any answers...are they increasing in popularity aswell?

Have you noticed that more people have started using Gods actual name. Jehovah God? Do you think that some people that are afraid of saying his name because they don't want to be associated with a much unliked organization are the ones that use original translation Yehweh ? Either way, it's nice to see because GOD asked us to use his name in the Bible.

I am not attacking Islam people by this comment, but it's hard for me to believe that all the Islamic people are peaceful. What motivates them to do such a thing? I know that many Islamic people want to spread love, but others don't. They don't really care about others.

If a person lives their life in a good way and helps others BUT does not beleive in God, do you think that person will go to hell?

If the person has no problem with drinking alcohol and occasional drugs, but they give to homeless, help others, travel the world to help build homes for less fortunate, etc... are they still going to Hell?
