If you are professing to be so Christian, how can you be getting drunk in a local pub and having sex with an anonymous guy. Seems the Christian morals have gone out the window...You need to have a paternity test done. If the around a year back was actually nine months; he could very well be your baby's daddy. After you have the paternity test, you should probably discuss using birth control. It is wonderful to be a Mom, but I think 4 children is a big responsibility for any mother; especially a single one. I'll pray for you.

This is miscategorized if you are truly seeking legal advice. I have a feeling that you are more interested in what people have to say about the fact that you claim to have gotten drunk and had sex with a stranger and also claim to be a Christian as of 5 years ago. That must be why you put the question under religion.

At this point I assume that you do not have a name on the birth certificate for this fellow who claims he is the father. I would deny that his is and see where he will go next. If he persists he will have to get a court order for a genetics test and will have to pay for same. If he does this he may not get custody and may have to pay child support. Ride this out for now and deal with what comes up next. He may back off.

You could always have him take a DNA test to prove he is the father. If it turns out he is, you could get him for child support. That means also, that you would have to let him have visiting rights with her. Because you and him don't know each other that well, you could ask the court for supervised visitations at first, and then as you got more comfortable with the idea of him being around her, drop the supervision.

He will have to prove the child is his with a paternity test. Once that is confirmed, you can go to court and fight for custody. Aim to show that you can provide a stable home, but if it looks like you are losing, try to make an agreement with the father. You may have to give him partial custody, but I think that most courts still allow the mother to keep the child if she can provide a good enough home.

in case you do not recommendations taking suggestion from an atheist - the following is going. contained in the first position, you have to be getting criminal recommend from a lawyer - no longer from Yahoo solutions. acceptable the following is my opinion - and my opinion in straightforward words. the subsequent time your nameless guy shows up, you should get all of his contact information; call, manage, workplace, etc. then you definately could bypass to the POLICE and get a quit and desist order. Then have the police officials pay him a visit. As on your boyfriend? no matter if you tell him or no longer is your company, yet your relationship gained't bypass everywhere in case you proceed residing a lie. in case your boyfriend is the style of man or woman who beats the crap out of persons, then you definately could study it in the previous you're making any commitments - no longer AFTER. If he is going to penitentiary then so be it. and that i imagine you should shrink the Jesus crap as well.

I feel bad for all the people who think that because you are a Christian you are supposed to be perfect. Looks like you made a mistake somewhere along the line. They don't get it.
Advice? Call the cops. If he tries to take your kids from you, make him prove it. Otherwise, have the cops arrest him. If they are really his kids, that's easy to prove.
And yes it is a miscategorized question, I think. But I'm glad you asked it.

Ok my adive is got a lawer it looks like this is one for the courts to fight out. Is the kid his first of all. If you know its not a simple DNA will prove this and he will then have no legal leg to stand on. If you know it is then and you want to keep the childs I would play hard ball and refuse a DNA test for your baby until the courts order it.
