Why do Evolutionists seem to find it hard to believe that two people (Adam and Eve) could have populated the planet? If that is hard to believe, then why is is so easy to believe that some primordial ooze mutated to become all life on the planet? Each new species would have to have a male and female to start the population. When humans supposedly evolved from monkeys, you have to belive that a genetic mutation caused a male and female to be born that created a new species (meaning they can not breed with the species they evolved from) they would have to then go about populating the world. Since the chances of a genetic mutation occuring at the same time in two different pairs of monkeys is very unlikely, those mutations would have to be freternal twins. How is this easier to belive than beliveing that somehow humans were created by something/someone else? Is there another possible theory than Evolution or Creationism?

that cremation goes against what God intended for us? Do you think it is wrong from a Christian stand-point? Is there anything in the bible about it that I haven't found yet? Thanks and God Bless.

Almost without fail when someone wants to say Hitler wasn't Christian they revert to a second-hand source (table-talk) that allegedly records the words of Hitler. The table-talk got edited by the anti-Catholic Martin Bormann (Hitler's secretary) and describes political views against the hierarchy of orthodox Christianity (just as Bormann would have liked) but even here, Hitler never speaks against Jesus Christ, but rather in favor of him.

What truly obliterates this theory (that he was only pretending) comes from the fact that Hitler continued to express his "positive" Christian views, well after his rise to power. If, indeed, he needed Christianity only for political purposes, then why-oh-why does he continue with the charade after he has established himself as absolute dictator?

To say Hitler used Christianity only for political forces has absolutely no historical basis to back it up.

Paradoxes cause impossibilities to occur, that's why there is generally no such thing as a paradox.

A paradox is a valid statement which is self?contradictory or appears to be wrong. Paradoxes are important to the development of logic systems. Example: The barber shaves all the men in this village who do not shave themselves'seems a reasonably elear statement. However given that the barber is a man and lives in that village, who shaves the barber?

So the universe began with nothing, yet you cannot have nothing without something as it's opposite. Therefore, a paradox was created. The universe was created, time was created (because
An apparent break in temporal causality where cause of an event follows or appears to follow the event itself) This explosion for lack of a better term of "somethings"(the universe) had to happen which took an infinitesimally small amount of time but it had to take time, therefore time was created to allow it to happen.

How did the human population rebound so fast?
Genealogies in Genesis put the Tower of Babel about 110 to 150 years after the Flood [Gen 10:25, 11:10-19]. How did the world population regrow so fast to make its construction (and the city around it) possible? Similarly, there would have been very few people around to build Stonehenge and the Pyramids, rebuild the Sumerian and Indus Valley civilizations, populate the Americas, etc.

Why don’t we witness any more miracles in our modern times? Back in the day so many of them seemed to happen? Dead resurrecting, walking on water, magical hands appearing… Did god run out of fairy dust? (no stupid answers such as “the sunset and the birth of a child are a miracle” please, I’ll hurl…). Has it got anything to do with the fact that the world has become more educated and harder to convince with tricks? And also why doesn’t reveal himself to us through a huge global miracle to convince us? If you say “because god isn’t a magician… he wants you to choose him out of free will…”, why was Jesus performing so many miracles back then causing Roman soldiers and many other non believers to convert and follow him?

I’ve posted some answers and I’ve noticed that some Christians go on talking nonsense and avoid answering straight away. Focus on the question please. Avoid nonsense answers, if you can’t answer let someone else try…

So many people are posting things that say "you aren't really Christian if you haven't read the Bible cover to cover" but the thing is - THERE IS MORE THAN ONE VERSION OF THE BIBLE!

I own these and have read them: the KJV, NIV, New American Standard and the St. Joseph's (the Roman Catholic Bible).

How many people here can say they have read different VERSIONS of the Bible, INCLUDING the Apocrypha??

Robinhood stole from the rich to give to the poor, but what if the rich people he stole from worked hard to get their riches? Wouldn't you consider it evil to then take what they worked for and give it to a bunch of lazy loafers?

IF LIFE HAS TAUGHT US ANYTHING, IT'S THAT YOU HAVE TO CONSIDER ALL POSSIBILITIES IF YOU'RE GOING TO COME ANYWHERE CLOSE TO HITTING THE TRUTH OR FACTS. HOW CAN "SOME" CHRISTIAN'S SIT THERE AND GO ON AND ON ABOUT GOD BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEIR PARENTS TAUGHT THEM TO DO AND ON DOWN THE LINE. HOW CAN YOU REALLY SAY YOU BELIEVE SOMETHING SO FIERCELY AND NOT EXHAUST ALL ASPECTS OF THAT BELIEF.
