I've heard several christian rock bands that I myself couldn't listen to. Not because they're awesomeness overwhelmed me, though... certainly not that.

I am christian and I like to think I have a badass little jazz band and that everything I play is for God in the end but the truth is... those people who do that Christian rock stuff are USING God to get money/fame... you don't need to broadcast to the world that you are a christian in order to BE one... wouldn't it be better to do like Linkin Park or something and just make real, natural music, but that isn't so vulgar and suggestive and violent, than to parade around singing anthematic choruses that go something like "I love Jesus"?
That's why christian rock bands suck... they quite simply are just lame sell-outs who couldn't do any better than get gigs playing punk rock with lyrics that you wish were about breaking up with a girl at those kind of church activities and stuff.
I detest the stuff... go listen to Bach's Mass in B Minor if you want to hear something that God *might* not be able to listen to...

what's the burden have been given do with how He hears the music?Nothings too heavy for God He can strengthen something up (giggle) via the way 'make a blissful noise' He loves all kinds of music that are utilized in compliment...
