is it because both religions actually have a lot in common, both in their teachings, practices and in their roots...
or is it mostly geographical...
or is it the burdens of history which both faiths seem unable to shrug off...
or is it something else..

The true teachings and virtues of any Religion is reflected on their followers...True or False? Imagine teaching about Peace, Harmony and Kindness... and next you know, any connection you see of that faith is mostly associated with Violence in the name of divine and Holier than Thouness. If the Majority of the global followers are mostly reactting the negative way, isnt that because the teachings are not fully understood or the Holy Priest/ministre had been preaching nonsense? thk you

According to Christians, God created all life on earth. There are currently approximately 1.5 million species on earth, 870,000 of which are arthropods. Thats more that HALF! Whats more, of those 870K arthropods, 330,000 are differing bettle species!

So, why is God so fascinated with bettles, crabs and shrimp??? Why does he love them more than he loves us?

It makes absolutely no sense. Trying to prove the nonexistance of something outside the realm of our understanding through emperical evidence is extremely illogical. Not to mention, science is an evolution of finding things have already existed, point being that just because we THINK we've found something to be true, doesn't mean that we've found ALL that is true, nor that what we think we've found is correct. Time after time after time we hear of scientific theories changing and how we were wrong on this and that, so how can we be so sure that we have CORRECT information, let alone ALL the information (which will never happen unless a higher source reveals all to us).

If anything, the very fact that we cannot even understand our own surroundings to the slightest degree (we think we do, but really, we will keep learning things for eternity about our surroundings so long as man exists), should lead us to believe that a higher being/something does exist.

To what end are you living towards? To be happy? To make others happy? What's the point if it's all gonna end anyway? If you were to fall dead right this minute, according to you, you wouldn't even be aware to know of what you're missing out on were you still alive, nor would you be aware to be happy anymore. What is happiness to you anyway? Is it having good relationships? Is it having lots of worldly things? I have a hard time understanding why any of this matters to you if we're just a bunch of spiritless, organized groups of matter that happened to evolve to the point where we are today. I'm not trying to be confrontational, just trying to learn your perspectives.
