by the laws in your bible is he allowed to force her? As women are not the same as men, nor are they given the same "privileges" that men in your bible are given. do you think the wifes "job" is to please her man whether she feels like it or not?

I believe in that case the husband is now experiencing "the for worse" part clause in the wedding wows and has no reasonable expectation of sex on demand as for the "job" aspect of the wifeif having sex with you wife or husband gets reduced to being a job then its not much of a marriage in the first place

There is nowhere written in the law where a man is allowed to force himself unto his wife. Now the bible teaches in
EPHESIANS 5:28
28) So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

So if a man will not force nothing on himself; then he should not be forcing anything on his wife either, including himself.

Now wives I understand that sometimes you might not be in the mood, or tired, and probaly had a long stressful day; but in
1 CORINTHIANS 7:3,4 it says
3) Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband.
4) The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body , but the wife.

Benevolence means: compassion and giving. So when it comes to sex, you must render to him whenever he wants and he must render to you whenever you want. So it is both of your jobs to please one another at any given time EXCEPT
1 CORINTHIANS 7:5
5) Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satin tempt you not for your incontinency.

The only exception is fasting and prayer.
The number one reason for divorce is not money. It is because the man and wife let Satin come in between them with weapons such as money, lust, drinking and partying; and believe me God is nowhere in the mist of those things. I pray for you. Amen

P.S
If it is written in the Quran that a man is allowed to force himself onto his wife. Then you need to re-evaluate your religion and ask yourself, is this the religion of God? I pray for you.

The laws of nature say if a wife doesn't want to have sex with her husband, he'll start looking elsewhere. I would think that would bother the women more than what some old book says.

The woman's job is to complete her husband and to be his helpmeet or helper. The husband's job is to treat the wife as the weaker vessel. So, if both are doing what they are supposed to be doing, no one is going to be forced into anything.

I take it you are muslim. Here in the free world, women have the right to say 'no'. If her husband forces her to have sex, its rape. If you want to get with your wife, take a bath, brush your teeth, and lay off the hookers.

He's not allowed to force her, no.

But it could very well be grounds for declaring the marriage null and void -- because the unitive element of marriage is one of its basic elements, and there's no real marriage there if one "partner" is refusing to bring that element into it.

The marriage dues should not be witheld by either party however; that does not permit adultery, battery or anything else.

It would be a sad situation for sure.

rape is wrong no matter what the situation....

the bible is a work of fiction. Fools take it literally and shove it down peoples throats.
