I talk to everyone. Like I said before, you are painting way too many people with too general a brush. You are assuming that Roman Catholics (the ones who are known for molesting children) are the only Catholics out there - but this isn't true.

your bishop or deacon, or priest, not all priests are pedophiles. if you suspect your priest of such activity, then you should go to the areas bishop.
