i don't need it sold to me but lets have a decent discussion. How is your religion different? when did you realise you believed/didn't believe in God/god's/goddess? Has your faith ever been challenged? Have you ever honestly critisized anothers belief? Have you ever told someone they are going to hell ect because they didn't believe what you did?curiously why? And again please no insults, it's a real question not intended to insult any religion

Bible proved that Jesus never got crucified, since GOD Almighty promised that he will protect Jesus' body and not let even a single bone be broken. My question to all Christians is: How in the world is it possible for the feet to get nailed on the cross without any penetration to the bones by the nails, hence breaking part of the feet's bones?!

The Observations...
a) Carved or molten images (Statues) of Jesus Christ and his mother Mary, in various sizes and shapes, are to be found in the Catholic Churches, all around the world.
b) Most of these Sacred Statues are placed in the prominent places of the Prayer Halls of these Christian Churches for venerating and worshipping.
c) One would also notice that the majority of the attending congregates would kneel, worship, venerate and pray before these Holy Images as their reverent rituals. Many devoted believers would place lighted candles in front of these Sacred Statues, before paying their homage.
d) These Catholic congregates who venerate Lord Jesus as their God and Virgin Mary as the "Mother of God", do form the bulk of the Christians community. It has been so since the inception of the Roman Catholic Church. The Protestants, who separated from the Roman Catholics, nearly ten centuries after the advent of Islam, do not have the Statues of Mother Mary in their Churches.
e) These observations clearly indicate that Virgin Mary has been venerated with hyperdulia, along with her son Jesus, by the majority of the Christians, from the early years of the Catholicism.
f) As for the Holy Ghost, the third person of the Holy Trinity, no Christian Church has so far instituted its venerating representation, image or semblance for their Churchgoers.

I just wonder how many closet God haters there are walking around in the daylight or are you too afraid to reveal who you really are? Do you tell friends and co-workers how you hate God or do you only feel like you can be outspoken here and remain anomyous?

And this is not meant as a slight to anyone who is a Christian, so please don't take it that way.

It's just that I've seen many posts asking if these ARE the End Times and if others are hoping that they are and how people are preparing.

But in every generation for the last couple thousand years there have been those looking forward to the End Times, and in each there have been folks who have claimed to see the signs.

Perhaps one of the most prominent times when this happend was during the Late Middle Ages in Europe. But did the Apocalypse come?

Nope.

But the Renaissance did. And this period gave rise to a new age of humanity.

So - what if we AREN'T facing the End Times? How will you react?

What if this is simply a dawn of yet another new age of humanity?

Here is a safe heaven for Chistian. You don't want us to bug you, yet you are in the spirital group. We are not knocking at your door at the moment. Unless you are here to learn, what is your intent? I know, 2 whole points for blasphamie to God. I hope it's a sin well worth it.

After his 'resurection', while in his resurected body,he apparently ate food.
Acts 1: 4 "On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command"
My question...... after Jesus supposedly ascended, did he have to go to the toilet?
If not, what happened to his food?
How do christians deal with this problem(besides ignore it)
AC 1:9 After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight
Was there a toilet in the cloud?
I am interested to see the many different types of answers christians have for this one.

Most other religions do not bug you because maybe they are ashamed. But Cristians are told in the bible to spread the news so that no one may parish.

Lets just say that of the knowledge contained throughout the world is equaled to 100%. You, if you are smart, might know a wopping 1%. Is it possible you maybe wrong about God, and blind sighted by earthly things ( like said in the Bible ). So we talk to people to make sure that they feel strongly secure about life after death.

I agree that their is no need to press the issue. Because all that happens is, people to curse God, And people getting sick of what they do wrong being thrown in thier faces.

Christians, I was one of those people once. I hated my grandma, i hated her very presents. Once i got time away, i found what i wanted to know myself. Some people don't want to be hounded.
All you can do after you tall them once is pray for them.
Ever heard Petra seen and not heard.

It is me who experienced many miracles while i recited some specific verses in Holy Quran.

1)Once my car was stolen and there was no hope to find it back but I put my trust in God(Allah) and started rectiting some specific verses from Holy Quran for three days and the third day I retrieved back my stolen car.

2) I am only graduated and there was no hope to get any good job but again i put my trust in God(Allah) and started reciting some specific verses and found a very good job worth Rupees 20,000/-per month.

3)Then there i wan not able to find a very good proposal for marriage and i all my hopes were diminishing when i started reciting some more specific verses from Holy Quran for consecutive ten days and just when i was about to finish the specific surrah my mother knocked the door and said to me congratulations there is a proposal from my cousin side and they have agreed for marriage and i was shocked.

MIracles over miracles and all I got from Holy Quran.

I am amazed at the number of people who claim to have no belief in anything or who are anti any faith and leave negitive or unhelpful answers in this category.

I am genuinely asking - why bother if you are not really interested? What makes you spend time in a category that doesn't interest you?

Before you answer though, have a couple of minutes thought - is it that you are genuinely intrigued, perhaps something deep inside makes you curious? If this is the case do you think it could be, as Jesus said at Matthew 5:3 'Happy are those conscious of the spiritrual need', i.e. we have been created with a need to worship.

What do you honestly think/feel?

Okay i am not religious , but i have read lots of answers from people saying that we should do EVERYTHING he told us we should. Okay our society (for the most part) treats woman as equals- not what it says in the bible, That the Bible was written years AFTER jesus' death- by people that had not even met him, That the bible was changed when it was translated into more common languages in the western world. So i am curious how can you spend a life time basing your life on a book that is well fiction, and biased against woman and homosexuals among others. It may once have contained a good idea or even some nice words from jesus christ but it has been used as church propaganda
