They believed in God and also different gods for each part of the earth and heavens. God is merciful, so if they had no knowledge, was never told, then, yes, they went to heaven, just as anyone who has never heard it. If it was taught and they rejected it, then they went to hell. That's sad.

You mean never exposed to the bible. John 3:13-17;

All religions see the bible different or there would not be one bible and 1000 religions, and all opposed to the fact that God could even get the bible math right. SO please do not venture into the subject of bible math [ if God does not know math forget all else];

1Cor.15:22; As in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. John 17:3;

None of us can help being here and the verse says ALL.

Heb.9:27; It is appointed unto man once to die and after that the judgement.
2Cor.5:10; Rom.14:9-12; Philip 2:9-12; Matt.12:36; Rev.20:1-6,12,13;

No one in this world till date, is left, without the knowledge of God. Every one in this world, is connected to their respective religion somehow or other. Religion differs but it exists every where. Everyone in this world, believed/believing/will believe that there is a Super Power (God) who created this entire universe. Hence, there is absolutely no doubt about existence of God.

Paul thought about this and told us not to worry. God has it all
worked out and He knows exactly what He's doing. All people
all over the earth, at any given time, have had some exposure
to religion. Jesus is Lord!!!!!
I Corinthians 13;8a, Love never fails!!!!!

of course they did ... if they lived in such a way that they did not harm anyone/anything/themselves. it does not mean that just because they are born non christian, they will not be "saved". they, too have their own religion and they, in their own way have praised and followed god's words as interpreted by their own religion.
don't you think it was unfair if it weren't the case? i am born catholic but that is just because of what i call genetic lottery. i could be anything but chance said i should be born into a christian household. I think people should understand that there is only one God/supreme being, and he is worshipped by everyone, be they moslems, christians, hindus...etc. he is just called by different names and worshipped differently.

Religions are just ways of groups people interpret God's messages and prescribing the best ways to worship and follow God, which are always usually reflections of culture which in turn are reflections of the environment people were settled.

what wee need is faith without necessarily emphasizing on religion.

Romans: says the nature will declare his glory! How do you know what a native American would think? Many are Christians and what they weren't exposed to they won't be held accountable for.

They were the happiest people who did not have to worry themselves to death over whether they would be going to heaven or hell and find it was nowhere

God is God - he sees into your human heart and all that he ever asks of you is to love...

More blessed is he who haven't heard, who haven't seen and who haven't been testified to - they are not accountable!?

Do you understand this?
