I often hear many people say that if a person converted from Christianity to another religion, they must have never been Christians in the first place. Personally, I strongly disagree with that statement. I was once a Christian (I'm talking real Christian here, breaking down one day crying and realizing I needed to accept Jesus and giving myself over to God's will and having a personal relationship with him, and trying to live my life as a true Christian as best as I could). However, as I got older, and began to study many religions, I converted to Wicca (which is what I have believed for 8 years now). I often wonder how people feel about people converting away from Christianity and why they feel the way they do about such people.

then why does he allow a woman he knows does not want children (and if he knows everything he knows she will abort) and allow another woman who desperately wants a child to cry her eyes out because she cannot become pregnant?

God Almighty is the only Creator of all that exits. (Gen. 1:1)

God has revealed Himself as "One God" and "One Lord" (Dueteronomy 6:3; Mark 12:29)

Bible says; "God is not a man... not the son of man.." (Numbers 19:23) Other places contradicts this(?)

I am a very spiritual open-minded person. I believe some right and some wrong in every Religion and that we are to take what applies to us and leave the rest. I have been earnestly praying for God to give me insight on what I am to do. I started writing a book about my (2) spiritual experiences years ago and have since thrown it all aside thinking that maybe I wasn't suppose to write this book. However, after much prayer myself along with good christian friends praying. It came to me in the night last night that I was to go about different churches and give my testimony... something seemed missing.... I awoke this morning and it came to me that if I could get up in front of people and share these profound experiences, that I needed to write it in a book instead in order to reach more people to help them (maybe even along with doing the testimonies). I do feel a certainty about this. But would like to have other's insights. I was told; "it is time."

If the Bible was true and written to-day would Jesus be classed as a terrorist and would he have to resort to the same methods used by terrorists to get his message across. Would the americans let one man have influence over so many people?

this is kind of more for the people out there that practice witchcraft and spells, and magic, and stuff like that. Don't you guys basically prove that there is some type of spiritual force out there that exists, a good and a bad. you guys are usually against christianity and stuff and its ideas, but if you interact with spiritual forces (because something has to be causing the spell to work), then you basically prove that there is existance of something outside of us. how then, could you tell christians (or anyone) that there is no god, and no angels, or whatever. Note: there is a chance that you guys don't actually say that. if this is true, please disregard my question. i honestly don't know much about what you believe or think.

Many Muslims claim that Islam is a religion of tolerance, neverthless I realize that Islam had always had conflicts with ALL other majot religions:
1- Prophet Muhammed had conflicts with Pagans, although Pagans used to accept and respect all religions (their Ka'ab included 360 idols for all what other tribes worship).
2- Prophet Muhammed also had conflicts with Jews, which is still claiming more and more lives until now!
3- Muslims used to have conflict with Christians when they invaded Spain and tried to spread to the rest of Europe (there is still much tension between Muslims and Christians all over the world)

Does anyone have any explanation for the real reason why Islam had (and still having) all those conflicts?

Two subjects that should be exterminated from this site. Both sides argue back and forth, does either side think for a moment that typed words are going to cause a change? Agnostics get angry when God is mentioned and Christians try to be another Billy Graham .People tend to communicate better in person, see what the other person is like.May have more in common than you think.

We are a group of ex-Muslims who have seen the face of the evil and have risen to warn the world. No matter how painful the truth may be, only truth can set us free.

He created us and gave us free will, yet he also knew all the havoc we were going to cause, the suffering and death.

Overall, life is miserable for most people (just remember nearly 70% of humanity live in abject poverty). So, why create us at all?

If YES, then the first belly buttons were lying signs of an illusory past, that is, god/God planted fake evidence to lie about Adam’s & Eve’s nonexistent pre-natal past: god/God LIED!
If NO, then Adam & Eve did not have genes for the umbilical cord (placenta) and the rest of us should not have belly-buttons. But we do have belly-buttons: god/God is CONFUSED!

How can you feel joy without sorrow? Does God feel sorrow? If God is in Heaven and He has sorrow, then sorrow must be felt in Heaven.
I say this because I keep hearing Christians say that God wipes away our recollections that could cause sorrow. Memories of loved ones in Hell are erased. Knowledge of sins are eradicated.

I say this is a lie. There is sorrow. There must be sorrow. Otherwise there is no true joy.

You rob me of my memories. You rob me of my past. You rob me of my sorrow. All you have left is a robot. Perhaps Satan rebelled because he understood Gods plan of changing us into robots.

There's a scene in which Jesus is getting the s**t beaten out of him by the Romans, and suddenly Satan appears with a freaky-looking demon child. I'm no Biblical scholar, but I have to say that I don't remember anything like that ever being mentioned in the Bible. What purpose did that scene serve?
