Religion & Spirituality - 18 July 2006

It is about some lost souls from the Celestials trying to get back home. and this Book or Bible New Testament, is the way to do it.
If you are one of those Souls, and realize the Body is only a temple of those souls.
And you want to find away to return to your Celestial ( Heavenly) Father , then this is what the Book is about. it is not religion or Mystical, It is Truth.

My mum tried to explain this to me, but I wasn't satisfied with her answer. She said that God is like a parent to us - he knows the way he would like us to live, and gives us general guidelines for how to live, but ultimately, it's our decision. Fine. But then, why is half the world starving? I mean, think about it. There's enough food for us all. If you had two children and enough food for them both, but one tried to eat it all, you would never let them get away with it. Therefore, if God does take the role my mum says he does, he would surely lay down the law a little more firmly.

Is there a second reality we dismiss as rem or sleep state? Where does the essence of a person go when they are comatised? There must be more to it than just dreaming/resting. I am aware of the biological shutdown body process, I don't mean that, and I have read about astral travel I don't mean that either. Why the mental not physical need for sleep?

Q: Was Judas forgiven, and his name added to the 12 in thin new city. Or, was that place given to the Apostle Paul. Are there any Bible texts that can answer this question either implicitly or explicitly?

God created Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden with no knowledge of Good or Evil. It was Satan that tricked them into gaining this knowledge. Was it originally God's plan to keep us happy by being innocent and ignorant?

Once we die, most Christians believe our minds will be wiped clean with no recollection of friends or family and little memories of this life. This is done to prevent us from remembering those who are suffering in Hell. There is no sorrow in Heaven apparently.

So God is putting us back into a state of ignorance. Again we will have no sorrow because we lack knowledge.

Is ignorance really bliss?

if the united states was founded on christian values by christians as you claim, then why didn't the founding fathers make this a christian country?

why did they specifically make it a country of religious freedom?

where in the constitution does it specifically mention the words, god, jesus, christian, christianity, or the bible?

Just as an example, the heaven's gate group, a group of religious people, used drugs and committed a mass suicide. There is also the jim jones example.
There were people who believed David Koresh was a God and some at the Branch Davidian camp willingly died for their belief.

I understand many of you believe in the Bible. This is a book that yes I am reading, but some of it appears to be allegory and parable. There are even disagreements about what is real and what is parable/allegory within Christianity.

Do theists understand why an atheist would be skeptical? This is not to excuse mischievous behavior or rude behavior, but many of us have genuine interest but are skeptical. Does not our skepticism make sense?

Many of us do not want to pick the wrong God, or use the wrong chemical, or read the wrong book. Many who are religious belief they have the right God, chemical (eucharist), and right book. But do you understand our skepticism?

I know that I am not brainwashed, my mind was too dirty for the christian church to wash it. They tried, but no one was able to. If you have been brainwashed, please tell me to repent, or get saved or something else to prove to yourself that what I say is true. Then, read this again after you respond and ask youself," could it be that maybe, I am brainwashed by all of these preachers I've been sitting in front of for years. Just think about it, please. Maybe you will break free from the hold that organized religion has on you. peace
