No. Why would you want to worship anything that keeps doing the same thing over and over and over and over...again.
One could argue that these are reincarnations. In which case you would still not worship Pac-Man as you do not have a realized being (Messiah).
I doubt if you take your own question for real. However you are worshiping the American Ha Ha Spirit when you take a snide view of death and holiness. (for real). Dude you put your money down and you made your choice.

I would say that would depend on if you agree with his message or not. If you do then by all means worship him if you want. I don't agree with his message myself. I think it is morally wrong to eat ghosts.
