to understand the profoundness of belief or are we just in a rebelieous state of puberty? taking into account the number of radical beliefs, the ignorance, disobedience in general. aren't these signs of adolescence???

No we are not mature enough. I feel that we still need to evolve into more sensible beings who will respect earth and one another. I feel that once we can accept ourselves as not perfect, not the lords of the world and as equal, we will be able to move on, stop blaming others and evolve into what we must become

No doubt we are a mess but not only does God explain this when he tells us that Satan is blinding the eyes of the unbelievers, that Adam and Eve sinned and thus passed sin to all their offspring and that Satan and all his demons have been cast down to earth knowing they only have a short period of time to insure that all of us will be destroyed when they are, BUT, God has also given us the solution to the problem when he says that we are to tell Satan to get behind us, we are to read the Bible (his letter to us) every single day and meditate on what we read, we are to continue to associate with others who are also putting God's will first and we are to lean on him (God) to help us to do all these things. We were not created to make decisions for ourselves without God's help.

Religion was created by ignorant men to help explain the unexplanable aspects of life centuries ago. People cling to it so that it holds back progress, so yes humanity is in its young and ignorant years because religion has held back growth

Nope, humans are like little kids just turning teens. Nobody cares about the law and the consequences of not obeying it, lots of people think that wars killing millions of people are okay with that, nobody wants to get enough education to make $$$$, everybody wants to fight.
