Why is Islam the reason for terror across the world today?

We are a group of ex-Muslims who have seen the face of the evil and have risen to warn the world. No matter how painful the truth may be, only truth can set us free.

Islam itself is not the reason for terror across the world today. Most of it is caused by Islamic extremist groups such as Al-Queda. Even normal muslims renounce these groups as we do. It is the extremists in every group that give that group a bad name.

Quran 9:5 is not a good example of the true Muslim. You need to know just how the Quran was written. Remember there are many verses in the old Testament that says to kill the non-believer. Remember?
Terror of Islam is both political and ancient Arabic customs. The prophet Mohamed meant well but his followers contaminated the true faith and injected politics.
The true foundation of Islamic terror today can be found in the ancient customs of the ancient Arabs. However very many faithful Muslims do know the truth and live by the truth...that the true message of Mohammad is to spread peace and love worldwide.

Here is a story from the Hadith:

Muhammad was returning from a battle when he told one of his freinds, "We are returning from the little jihad to the great jihad."

His friend asked him, "O prophet of Allah, what do you mean by the small battle and the great battle?"

Muhammad replied, " The small battle is the battle we just came from where we were fighting the enemies of Islam. The great battle is the spiritual struggle of the Muslim life."



With ideas like these being taught and learned, that is the reason Islam is the reason for terror. They are following what Muhammad taught. Holy war aginst non believers.
