I am a Christian, specifically one of Jehovah's Witnesses...
Why?
- I know God's name, Jehovah, and I can petition Him in prayer by calling on His PERSONAL name which means He Causes To Become, which means he can become whatever he needs to be to fulfill His purposes (e.g Judge, Provider, Creator, etc.) (YHWH, or JHVH are the tetragrammaton, the four hebrew letters that make up God's name).
- I have release by ransom of enslavement to sin, a hereditary trait passed down from the beginning of human history, by means of Jesus Christ, Jehovah God's son, by means of Jesus' death. His perfect body being given in death provided the means to "buy back" the perfect life that Adam lost.
- I know the TRUTH about life, why we're here, where were going, and I know for a fact that the earth will never be destroyed.
- I know that there will be an end to injustice and pain and suffering...soon!

If you really want to serve God choose a religion that is built around LOVE and not one that forces people to participate in its rituals.
A religion that threatens to punish or kill you as a means of keeping you within its fold, is a diabolical religion, it's not a true means of respecting GOD.
There are many religions, even some that worship many different Gods. So long as the religion encourages you to respect people and preaches Love of fellow man, it is a religion worth becoming a part of.
Generally, weak or questionable religions try to use force or threats to keep you within their practice. If the religion is not strong enough to keep you within it by itself, then there should arise some question about the value of the religion.
GOD as the Supreme Being does not need puny little human beings to force others to worship HIM. If a human wants to change how he worships, the Supreme Being accepts all comers from all worlds at all times.

Serving God isn't like a store. You don't decide which religion you want to be first, in order to serve God. You first learn all you can about Whom you're intending to serve. You read all about God, and the people who served Him. While you're reading about Him, He will help you see what you need to see. He will reveal Hiimself to you and give you what you seek. Actually, we all have a choice to serve God or not. But many don't really want to serve God. They just want all the blessings without the commitment. With God, it's all or nothing at all, and He knows your heart, so you can't hide your true commitment. So, if you're seeking the truth, go to where you can find the truth. And since you're asking for our opinions, here's mine...start reading in the book of John in the New Testament and read through to the end of Jude. The book of John starts you off with all the essentials. Remember, you asked our opinions. I choose to serve God because He loved me enough to send His Son Jesus to die for all my sins...past, present and future. So, that makes me a Christian, since Christian means "in Christ" and He's living inside of me. Too much information? Sorry, I tend to get long winded. Have a great day. <*)))><

I am of the Christian Faith... for me it was not a choice...no one can"choose" to be a Christian. God calls... you may choose to answer... but if you do not come to him in The way He proscribes then you are not let in...
Jews still ignotantly follow practices that do not lead to Salvation... they will be lost if they do not come to God as He decrees for all... They are however still the Nation God will eventualy use for his purpose in the last days... so they remain his chosen people in that sense...
islam is not from God The Creator of All... islam is a man made cult that is egged on by the forces of evil. There is no hope for any who follow that evil infulence.

We are a group of ex-Muslims who have seen the face of the evil and have risen to warn the world. No matter how painful the truth may be, only truth can set us free. Why this much denial? Why so much obstinacy? How many more innocent lives should be lost before YOU open your eyes? A nuclear disaster is upon us. This will happen. It is not a question of "if" but "when". Oblivious of that, the world is digging its head deeper in the sand.
We urge the Muslims to leave Islam. Stop with excuses, justifications and rationalizations. Stop dividing mankind into "us" vs. "them" and Muslims vs. Kafirs. We are One people, One mankind! Muhammad was not a messenger of God. It is time that we end this insanity and face the truth. The terrorists take their moral support and the validation for their actions from you. Your very adherence to their cult of death is a nod of approval for their crimes against humanity.
We also urge the non-Muslims to stop being politically correct lest they hurt the sensitivities of the Muslims. To Hell with their sensitivities! Let us save their lives, and the lives of millions of innocent people.
Millions, if not billions of lives will be lost if we do nothing. Time is running out! "All it takes for evil to triumph is for good people to do nothing." Do something! Send this message to everyone in your address book and ask them to do the same. Defeat Islam and stop terrorism. This is your world, save it.

I would and have choosen Christianity. Jesus says it all in for me in John 14:6 " I am the Way, the Truth and the Life; no ones comes to the Father, except through me." Jesus is the only way into heaven. He came to save the world, but you have to accept what He did on the cross.
Christianity is about God reaching down to us, the other two are man trying to reach God which they will never be able to do.
