do you believe tyhere angels out there to help make your dreams come true? if so how do you get hold of them?

Ohhh, my friend...
You already know angels exist. And that miracles happen.
But angels aren't like fairy godmothers who fly about granting wishes. Oh, they wish they could though...
But interferring with people's free will is not allowed.
One of the reasons why you are here on earth is to realize your own personal power of creation. You can create your own miracles. That isn't sacriligious. You are a creator in many ways. You create your own life, your own thoughts, your own family, your own happiness.
You manifest all things you desire.
There is a place and a purpose for angels. God dispatches whom He will for His own purposes. They live to serve Him and mankind.
If you wish for the assistance of angels, you need to go to Him.
And remember: With God, all things are possible.

Nope! Two kinds of Angels-- FALLEN ANGELS and God's Angels.
If you want to fulfill lustful dreams I suppose the demons could help.
BUT I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MESSING WITH THE SPIRIT WORLD!

What I believe is that there are guardian angels---angels that serve as protectors. I pray for these angels to surround my family and my home and it appears to be working many years now.

I do believe in angels and for a example I was to go in for surgery and have a hysterectomy and as i was in the operation room my grandmother who has been dead for a few years came and stay with me until the operation was over and i was safe in my room again.
she is my gaurdian angel and i believe it

Yes,read about FATIMA,there a real Angel of God speaks with 3 children. One of them was Saint Lucia who died last year.

I believe they exist, but not to make our dreams come true. That they save lives at times yes, but they aren't genies in bottles granting wishes.
