2) "Actions speak louder than words"

How do you translate the following things in a recipe from English to German?

- Evaporated Milk (would you use the verb "evaporate," or is there a separate noun?)
- Semi-Sweet chocolate (would you say "halb susse" or something else?)
- German Chocolate cake mix (How are these words combined? And do you use the verb "to mix"?)

Thank you.

Speakers from Spain/experieced only, no Tex/mex spanish

1/ I thought it should be "dia de pago" ?
2/ Is the grammar generally good or is this a machine translation?
3/ IS there a 'payday loans' industry in Spain?
ie. write out a cheque/check (with cheque card) to the company for Euro100, get a loan of Euro85 (15% fee), payback in 28 days...

From this passage:

Otra cosa importante sobre préstamos del día de paga es que son herramientas muy útiles para los que tengan la capacidad de utilizarlos correctamente. Esto es principalmente porque estás dando encima de dólares útiles en cargas de interés para conseguir el dinero temprano. Los tipos de interés para estos préstamos pueden ser tanto como $30 por $100 prestados.
