How do you translate the following things in a recipe from English to German?

- Evaporated Milk (would you use the verb "evaporate," or is there a separate noun?)
- Semi-Sweet chocolate (would you say "halb susse" or something else?)
- German Chocolate cake mix (How are these words combined? And do you use the verb "to mix"?)

Thank you.

I have it on fairly good authority that what is known in the US as evaporated milk is called Kondensmilch (ohne zuzatchliche Zucker) in Switzerland.

Evaporated milk = bummlemilch (I thiink, or that may be vernacular)

Chocolate tends to come in either "vollmilch" or "bitter".
Possibly halbmilch

Scholcoladetorte (may not be correct spelling)
